L’app fait le minimum, correctement. J’ai pu connecter mon combiné à HomeAssistant et c’est très pratique. 
Un gros bémol : les nouvelles fonctionnalités promises par la marque ne viennent pas et on atteint un niveau où les promesses n’engagent que ceux qui y croient.

Application simple et efficace de base mais le seul gros bémol et non des moindres, l’application se déconnecte toute seule. Donc impossible d’avoir un suivi régulier avec des notifications, si ce n’est de se connecter et de se réinscrire de façon régulière.

It has got better since I first started using it. 

My power supply fails occasionally. It would be good to get a notification when the fridge goes offline, which might suggest a power failure.

Latest app seems a downgrade on previous one. As only use it with two freezers not a lot it can do but now can’t easily switch between the two freezers like before. Had two identifying tabs at the top of the app to select which freezer to see. Now not obviously apparent how to switch. Also done away with the widget I had on my front widget screen page. 
Would have been good if could view both appliances as widgets together. But previously if created two widgets they always showed only one appliance.

L’appli en Français me signale des ouvertures trop longues en anglais en pop up. Par contre dans l’historique c’est en Français. À corriger donc.

Es wären hilfreich wenn man Komplizierte Einstellungen des Gerätes online über das Handy vornehmen könnte (am Gerät sehr mühsam). Stattdessen kann man einfache Einstellungen am Handy machen die viel sinnvoller am Gerät gemacht werden können (z. B. Temperatur). -  insgesamt ist die Erstinstallation instabil und funktioniert erst beim fünften Anlauf. Bei 1,03 € 1000 Kühlschrank erwarte ich etwas mehr. Online Support aber ausgezeichnet.

Die App ist funktional extrem eingeschränkt, dabei über 120 MB groß und leider technisch wie konzeptionell enttäuschend. Schon die Inbetriebnahme des Smart-Device-Moduls ist ein umständliches Unterfangen: Für ein 900 €-Premiumgerät muss man die halbe Steuerung zerlegen, nur um ein Zusatzmodul im Wert von 60 € zu installieren. Danach beginnt das eigentliche Frust-Erlebnis: Fehlermeldungen ohne Erklärung, Registrierung auf einer US-Website mit mangelnder Lokalisierung, keine Autofill-Unterstützung, fehleranfälliger Login, fehlschlagende Kopplung mit dem WLAN – alles ohne klare Hinweise oder hilfreiche Fehlermeldungen. Das WLAN des Geräts ist kryptisch benannt, die Verbindung instabil und die App agiert oft schneller als der Gefrierschrank, was zu weiteren Fehlern führt. Für ein Unternehmen wie Liebherr im Jahr 2025 ist das eine insgesamt sehr enttäuschende Nutzererfahrung. Nächstes Mal schaue ich mich bei anderen Herstellern um.

Leider war bei Auslieferung nur eine Kurz-Bedienungsanleitung dabei. 
Die ausführliche Version musste ich länger suchen und ich habe sie mir dann ausgedruckt. Fand ich etwas ärgerlich.

Ich mag Liebherr. Meine Eltern hatten schon Liebherr und ich habe mir für 3.600 € uvp wohl die teuerste Einbau Kühl-Gefrier Kombination der Welt von Liebherr gekauft, weil ich keinen Platz mehr für einen side by side Kühlschrank hatte. Am Kühlschrank selbst können über das schlechteste touchscreen der Welt seit 1990 so nette Dinge wie die Eiswürfelgröße, die Temperatur des separaten Kühlfachs, die Wasserzugabe für das Biofreshfach, Tube clean, Abtaunen, etc. eingestellt werden. Das alles kann NICHT über die App eingestellt werden und das ist traurig. Noch trauriger ist nur noch das Feedback des App Entwicklers auf die gemachten Verbesserungsvorschläge, dass die das genau so sehen aber Liebherr das nicht will weil die Kunden (die hier die App so schlecht bewerten?) das nIcht wollen bzw. kein Geld mehr in die Erweiterungen der App stecken will. Armes Deutschland, dann wird mein nächster smarte Kühlschrank, wohl doch einer aus China, die gehen wenigsten auf Kundenwünsche ein.

Da das BioFresh-Fach immer um die 0°C hat wird dies statisch in der App angezeigt. Gerne diskutieren wir aber nochmal die möglichen Alternativen in unserem Team. Die einstellbaren Werte sind keine Temperaturen sondern lediglich Stufen. Je höher die Stufe desto wärmer das BioFresh Fach. Viele Grüße vom SmartDevice Team.

I love my Liebherr 2753 Combi Fridge and thought it would be great to connect it with the SmartDevice so I bought it.
This app and the minimal functionality of the app is not worthy for this great Fridge. Setup process is painful, if you have more devices you have to make sure the correct one is selected. My default selected was different one so I could not connect it. There should be a prompt before start to select the current device. After that I was successful, however it could not show the available networks, I had to type all information manually. Anyway at the end it was done, connected. Then I saw what the app offers, which is really not much… Even less what I can set on the fridge screen. I would have expected to reach the settings, to see status of the fridge, what is it doing, door status etc. I suggest to rework the app and make it more useful. Now it is very basic. Knowing that in advance I wouldn’t have bought it.
I hope the development team will make it better to be really useful. Currently this is just waste of money.

Cette application se déconnecte seule, les notifications ne fonctionnent pas. Le menu est d’un pauvreté affligeante. Quant au congélateur c’est n’importe quoi, la bonne réputation de cette marque est désormais indue. Grosse panne  moins d’un an. Et ce matin à 3 ans, le congélateur bipe… je regarde -10 
Bref cette marque plus jamais

Vu le prix de l’appareil, je m’attendais à un produit a l’hauteur, congélateur tombe en panne 3 fois en 18 mois , une application qui se déconnecte toute seule , les alarmes sont aléatoires concernant l’ouverture de porte, franchement, plus jamais ce produit et je les déconseille a mon entourage

Si la réputation des produits Liebherr n’est plus à prouver en revanche celle de cette application est tout le contraire.
Lenteur incroyable, impossibilité d’accéder à quoique se soit ou d’enregistrer un produit. Seules vos propres données personnelles sont disponibles!
Bref une application qui ruine l’expérience utilisateur de la marque et rien que pour cela je ne conseillerais plus celle-ci.
Merci aux développeurs de corriger rapidement le problème pour redonner à cette marque réputée son image de qualité

Tried on iPhone and iPad. It either just says can’t connect to LH_…..  network (I’ve given permission to let it), or it gets to searching for 2.4 GHz networks and then doesn’t find any. It did find them once and I entered the WiFi pass but then it didn’t connect. Tried turning the fridge off for 5 mins and then back on, same thing.

My new liebherr fridge never worked with the app until they changed the WiFi card in the fridge then it worked until we had a power cut with the WiFi going down. Now it refuses to connect to the app. I have tried everything recommended again and again but all the app says is the fridge is unreachable. I only bought the fridge for this ability to open the door remotely and am hugely disappointed. All my other WiFi driven appliances are fine and the WiFi is the best you can get. I don’t think it’s the fridge I think it’s the app.

Ich habe eine Kühl-/ Gefrierkombi mit Display aber ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack. Nur kühlen und gefrieren. Alle Funktionen, die für dieses Gerät notwendig sind funktionieren einwandfrei. Temperaturkontrolle/- Einstellung von Kühl-und Gefrierteil, Warnhinweise und Superfrost von Unterwegs schalten klappt problemlos.

Mijn vorige diepvries was van het merk Miele. 12 jaar oud en toen geen no frost gekocht. Altijd spijt van gehad. Nu op voorstel van verkoper van VDS electronics een Liebherr no frost gekocht. 400€ beterkoop dan Miele en ook nog 8 jaar garantie ipv 2 jaar. Toestel werkt perfect. Tot nu heel tevreden.

The app installed just fine and shows all my fridge functions. I can turn on lots of different functions. I mainly use supercool which is particularly useful for rapidly cooling leftovers.  I normally wouldn’t leave a review as it’s a fridge app and it just works. But on seeing the other reviews I thought probably a good idea. I think only the people who had issues left a review and everyone else just used it and didn’t think to review a fridge app.

The SmartDevice arrived in the post and 40 mins later was working perfectly. Instructions were good and installation was fairly easy for most amateur fixers. In addition to the app instructions there is a video on Utube. Very pleased.
