You’ll have a wonderful Chatbot that spams the same thing over and over. Lost money over their incompetence ### 5/5 — Awesome *2026-08-18, version 36.34.0* 👍🏻 ### 3/5 — Nicht schlecht , aber viele Einschränkungen auf dem Land *2026-08-15* Hier in der Kleinstadt gibt es leider nur das eingeschränkte Angebot. Die Restaurants müssen ihre Lieferanten selber stellen, daher gibt es nach 22 Uhr eigentlich nichts mehr (Genießbares) zu essen und vor 17 Uhr auch nur Döner. Außerdem sprechen die meisten Lieferanten kaum bis gar kein Deutsch (warum ermöglicht Lieferando keine Kurse?) oder Englisch und haben es oftmals schwer, meine Adresse zu finden (trotz Handy-Kommunikation). Und obwohl es hier in Freising einen guten Mexikaner und einen passablen McDonald's gibt, sind diese nicht Teil des Lieferando-Angebots, weil es sich für sie wohl finanziell nicht lohnt, extra einen Fahrer bereitzustellen. Und obwohl es mehrere Inder, Italiener und Asiaten gibt, gibt es anderes wiederum überhaupt nicht. Wer kein Auto fährt, ist also hier in der Kleinstadt nach wie vor eingeschränkt, was das Lieferando-Angebot angeht. Hinzu kommen die teils hohen Mindestbestellwerte im Vergleich zur Stadt, wo man sich sogar rund um die Uhr halbwegs gut bezahlbar beliefern lassen kann (für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, die nicht nur "Essen auf Rädern" wollen, natürlich hilfreich). Also da geht noch mehr "auf dem Land" - man müsste den Restaurants diesbezüglich entgegen kommen! ### 1/5 — Lousy app with no support *2026-08-15, version 36.33.0* Changing or cancelling an order is not possible. Ruined by AI. *2026-07-30, version 36.32.1* Completely hopeless service these days. Got worse and worse every year. Lost orders that get marked as delivered when the restaurant wasn’t even open. No option to update or resolve an order issue with the restaurant directly, leading to negative reviews when the restaurant could have otherwise fixed their mistake or inform about delays. Instead, you sometimes wait for hours wondering if the order was even received by anyone. Coupon codes often don’t work when you enter them and the AI assistant doesn’t even address the problem that you are experiencing while a human would understand the issue in less than 5 seconds. Another service ruined by AI. Time to roll back the clock, I can’t take it anymore. The order never arrived but the driver put the status as delivered.
