## What is Life Anchors?

Life Anchors: Focus Widget helps you see the few priorities that matter most right now.

For people who feel buried under tasks, notes, reminders, and to do lists, the app creates a calmer place to name the bigger things your life should move around.

Set three life priorities, add a short reason for each one, and keep them visible in the app and on your Home Screen. The app is intentionally not a busy task manager. It is a small focus surface for the priorities you want to return to.
