## What is Life Assist2?

リクシルのIoTホームLink「Life Assist2」を操作するための専用アプリです。

アプリから設置したカメラの映像を確認したり、照明、空調、給湯器、カーテン、シャッター、玄関ドアなど、家電、建材、設備（ECHONET Lite機器、家電リモコン機器）の遠隔操作を可能にします。
また、日々の暮らしのシーンに合わせて、「時間」「天気」「GPS」「センサー」をきっかけに、設備や家電を一斉操作する設定ができます。

家族一人ひとりにアカウント を発行し、家族の状況や誰が何を操作したのかがわかります。さらに、アカウントごとに権限を設定が可能で、プライバシーに配慮しながら、遠くで暮らす家族を見守ることもできます。

※「Life Assist2」機器導入費用（ホームデバイス、センサーなど）は別途発生します。

### 4/5 — おおむね満足、通知機能の拡充を求む

色々と機器を追加できるのでこちらに集約をしています。
通知が自由にできないのがストレスです。特に鍵の施錠関連通知が急ぎ欲しい。

また、Zigbeeの対象が狭いのがとても残念。Zigbeeのカーテン、監視系機器などが登録できなかった。ライトに限っている模様。こちらの制限もなくして欲しかった。
Zigbeeはおわりつつあり、Matterが主流になってきている。こちらの対応版もお願いしたい。

アップデートしたら、アクティビティ画面が固まるようになり、スクロール出来なくなった。

Life assist2との連携を想定して購入。

アプリでバーコードを読み込むためにスマホカメラを起動すると、マクロレンズ不可で通常カメラのみ起動→読み取りに3分かかる苦行。

電動シャッターとの連携には間取り次第で4m超の長い有線LANをわざわざ買う必要あり。

AIでももう少しまともなアプリ・サービスにすると思うが。非常に残念。

太陽光発電が始まると消費電力がマイナス表示になる時があるが、電力は消費しているので、マイナスの状況の意味がわからない。

→設定した業者の初期設定ミスでした。今はしっかり動作してます。使用電力量を知るためには欠かせない存在です。

太陽光での発電状況の確認に使用してますが、エネルギー利用状況ボタンを押しても発電量が0wのままというのがよくあります。発電量や売電量を表示させるのに、戻る→再度タップ→戻る→再度タップというのを4-5回繰り返さないと表示されずとてもイライラします。改善してほしいです。

更新: 迅速にご対応いただけたのか、昼間でも0wのままというのは無くなりましたが、代わりに「読み込み中」の表示が頻繁かつ長時間出るようになりました。表示するまでに時間がかかるのは仕方がないのでしょうか。。。

LIXIL関連製品に加えて、ECHONET Lite対応のHEMS機器もまとめて表示・管理でき、一通りの情報確認や機器操作が行える点が便利で愛用してます！
分電盤、太陽光、蓄電池を連携させると、エネルギーの使用状況がパッとみでわかりやすく使いやすいです。

しばらく蓄電池情報が正しく表示されない不具合がありましたが、バージョン2.2.1にて解決しました。
