So a lot of my patients are dying because the app is giving them Insulin instead of whatever else I wanted to give them. Stomach contents don’t move through the digestive tract which is annoying. Sin embargo, hay muchisimos bugs que siguen sin corregir y algunos de hecho son nuevos de las actualizaciones recientes. Las medicaciones que se dan via oral no se absorben, cuando el “paciente” simulado la traga no van al estomago, pasan de largo y se caen lentamente por la pantalla. Este es bug es reciente, de la actualizacion en la que añadieron el oxido nitroso. Estaria bien que añadiesen los receptores 5-HT3 de la serotonina para el tema de nauseas y vomitos, y ademas añadir ondansetron como antagonista para frenar estos sintomas. Estaria fenomenal que añadieseis haloperidol IV o IM para tratar el delirio y las nauseas tambien. Mi paciente siempre tiene hipokalemia al empezar, y es casi imposible corregirlo sin causarle una hiperkalemia. Por ultimo no entiendo por qué cualquier medicacion/droga que aumente los niveles de estimulacion de los receptores dopaminergicos se traduzca automaticamente en nauseas y vomitos, por lo que yo tengo entendido, esto no ocurre en la vida real. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NO SOUND *2025-04-14, version 1.5.1* THERE IS NO SOUND ### 1/5 — Patient always has Hypokalemia or Hyperkalemia *2021-06-18, version 1.5.1* This sends them into Cardiac Arrest, and no amount of defribulation or CPR brings them back. ### 1/5 — เมื่อไหร่จะแก้บักครับ *2020-10-29, version 1.1.1* Lag ก็ lag ### 1/5 — Worse after update *2020-07-14* Even after the update, my patients are all still dying from the same things, no matter what I’m doing. Just played three times after the update and for a solid five minutes, they were in a coma, not breathing, yet still had a heartbeat and a rhythm of around 345(highest got to around 700). I purchased this game when I first got my current phone and was extremely excited but got disappointed. It’s still a great learning experience for learning the parts of the body, what different drugs may do, etc. but it could be better if the bugs were fixed and just not made worse. ### 1/5 — Terrible UI and False Advertising *2019-10-02* Do NOT purchase this app by any circumstances. Number one, it is highly over priced for the content it provides. Number two, the user interface disappears CONSTANTLY.
