## What is Life Control?

Life Control turns healthy habits into a game.

Answer a few questions about how you sleep, move, eat, drink and sit, and the app estimates your Health Age — often a few years off the age on your ID. From there you get a daily mission built around the habit that is costing you the most.

Every mission comes with the reason it works. Clear them to earn EXP, level up, and watch your health age come down.
