I love it so much! *2019-09-27, version 1.3* The cue cards have given me/taught me a higher vocabulary so that I can express/am able to identify my feelings more accurately. What happens so often is that if I am not able to express/or identify my feelings verbally or accurately identify about how I am feeling accurately then they are expressed in a self destructive manner or I hold them in in an unhealthy manner!
