Shuts down. ### 1/5 — Still no rewards for challenges? *2025-06-14, version 5.3.2* This app has changed many times over the years. The rewards were great until they decided to basically get rid of them. With the new update you’re collecting points that you can’t redeem because they don’t have rewards. Maybe they’ll eventually allow you to use your awards but the app has been out for a while and they still have NOTHING so it’s pointless to use. They only have two challenges, steps and meditation. The meditation portion doesn’t sync with any of the mindful apps available in the App Store so you have to watch videos on the State Farm app to get credit towards the challenge. These videos range from 60 seconds long to 5-10 minutes and people are doing this for HOURS which is not realistic. You’ll be at the top of the “league” and get promoted then drop to dead last which is stupid. This app is pointless for me, if you need something to help keep you on track and reach goals then there are waaaay better options since this gives you nothing but an atta boy which some people need. ### 1/5 — Totally changed app *2025-06-02, version 5.3.2* This used to be my favorite app. I’ve gotten over $500 in gift cards during the lifetime of me using this app. Now since they’ve updated it, and changed it completely, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get any rewards. ### 1/5 — Next to impossible to earn medals *2025-05-16, version 5.3.2* About every six months now, they change this app to make it more and more difficult to earn points. A few months ago, they deactivated the quest portion of the app supposedly to re-vamp it. Now here we are, several months later and the quest portion is still gone. The only way now to earn points is by meeting your daily goals, completing a poll (which is VERY rarely offered, maybe once a week), and completing challenges. Don’t even get me started on the medals which are even more rare than the polls AND they only give you a QUARTER of a medal. Unless of course you want to TRADE in a TON of points for a medal. Ridiculous to say the least. Editing to add: they have once again changed the app so you can no longer manually enter steps, flights, or cycling. The app does not and has never synced with my Apple Watch. Yes, I have the apple health app linked to the app but IT DOES NOT SYNC. Editing now since they changed the app once again to make it even harder to earn rewards. They give out quarter medals left and right but the medals are useless since it’s near impossible to earn points. I honestly think it’s their mission to make it next to impossible for anyone to ever get a gift card. May 2025 update: surprise, they have once again changed the app. We compete in challenges and read articles to earn points but for what purpose? We can’t even redeem said points. There is currently no way to redeem the points we earn and all they say for over a month now is “keep an eye out for ways to use your points to unlock perks!” Final update: if I could give this app negative stars I would and it has been deleted. I received an email stating I was no longer eligible to receive rewards because my life insurance policy was issued prior to 2022. Buh bye! ### 1/5 — WOKE! *2025-05-12* I started to use the “Free Will” part on this app. When I got to the part for “charitable donations”, there were some there that were “far left” causes. Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLU) being one of the top ones. State Farm has been in enough trouble these days after firing one of their top managers, you think they’d learn . Can’t support an app that obviously leans so far left politically. I saw no charitable donations toward right wing causes other than DAV. Now it’s confusing, none of the prompts make sense “one on one coaching”… where??? I used to earn enough points to redeem for $5 every month or so. Now the point system requires 10x or more than that amount and requires manual entry a lot. 5 points is only worth half of 1 cent. On a decent day I earn 25 points, or 2.5 cents. Which would take me 200 days, almost 7 months. I deleted and redownload and now it will not even let me log in. I’m getting a message to reach out to support because my account is blocked so i have multiple times with ZERO response from anyone. I can connect this app to my Garmin watch (which already gives me activity tracking and goals) and adds another motivation to reach those goals- tangible rewards in the form of points! You can exchange points for several kinds of gift cards- Amazon seeming to be the most useful! I would love to see visa/MasterCard rewards! For a fairly active person, you can expect to earn the equivalent of $5 a week! Just for doing what I already do every day! If you have a qualifying policy and want to improve your health while earning rewards, absolutely get this app!
