The offline downloads seem to be downloading the contents but when we turn off the internet, and try to access the app, it is crashing out. So, offline downloads are useless.

Hello there, when I play any meditation on the app I find 2 issues. 
1. Downloaded meditations do not play at all 
2. When a meditation audio starts, It pauses automatically as the screen sleeps which is not at all suitable for a 'meditation'. Please provide background play feature. Thanks!
