This thing doesn’t work. I am returning all of these. The setup up was pretty easy, my only suggestion would be to put the model number of the bulb/ device so I know I’m choosing the right selection for setup. I also wish that I could rearrange my home screen so that I can make sure my more commonly chosen “scenarios” as it is coined in the app to be the default option when I open the app. (Example I want my “coming home” option which turns all my lights on so I can see at night to be the first option but it is the last option because I set it up first and as I added new scenarios it pushed the first one, the most important one, to the last position so I have to scroll over to click it.) I realize that is a small thing to complain about, but that’s what would get you that 5th star ;) ### 5/5 — Crashing IOS 13 *2019-11-06, version 2.0* I am also unable to open this after the current update is there any guidance out there on how to fix this issue. I love this app just hope this gets fixed soon. Update November 6 App has been updated and is back to working perfectly. Thank you for your efforts. ### 5/5 — iOS 13 - FIXED! *2019-10-13, version 2.0* The app was working great in the previous OS, now it crashes whenever I try to open it. I’m hoping for an update soon because I’m unable to add new devices for now. I can control current devices through google home, but can’t get the scene modes. This is such a disappointment as I just bought 11 new bulbs. *** UPDATE 10/12/19 App was updated and once again works!! I emailed support last week and received a response within a day that they were working to update the app. I recently received another email indicating the app was updated along with instructions to restart it. It’s been weeks and apple seeds developers beta builds so they can make sure their app works on updates.
