### 5/5 — Great game

*2015-08-23*

This is one of my favorite COG games. I love the setting, and the replay value is pretty decent. Also, it's nice that you can peruse multiple relationships that impact your game as opposed to the two stock love interests that a lot of COG games offer.

### 5/5 — It was fun!

*2015-04-26*

And that's what games are all about, fun :)

I wish it were a little longer, but then again there are so many endings that it easily makes up for the medium sized story. I've played through it multiple times and still haven't gotten enough!

### 5/5 — Amazing Game!

*2015-04-03*

Didn't seem like much at first but there is a lot of depth to the game and I played through about 20 times and still haven't done everything

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2014-10-01, version 1.0.3*

It just keeps getting you deeper and deeper

### 5/5 — Love trying to get all the different endings

*2014-09-25*

This game has a ton of replay value as you try to unlock all of the different endings. Fun text-based game with a lot of strategic decision making choices.

### 5/5 — Even more enjoyable than Life of a Wizard!

*2014-08-22*

The author is a master of weaving in stat-based choices resulting in over a dozen different endings. This is a long, winding story with lots of replayability because all the different skills you can focus on.

### 5/5 — Gg

*2014-08-11*

Loved it wish it was longer doe.

### 5/5 — Capturing

*2014-08-10*

It really kept my attention the whole time. Finished it in one sitting about 4 hours and will probably play it a few more times seeing as there are a ton of endings to discover.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2014-08-08, version 1.0.3*

Awesome, loved it. Still trying to get the other endings!
Could I recommend a "choice of game"... Could you do a biker version that would be great, make your bike, hire muscle it would be awesome.
Bought all your stuff, can't wait for a biker version maybe??? :)

### 5/5 — Eh, fufgeddaboutit!

*2014-08-05*

Feels like I am playing the Sopranos & the Wire combined. Hi replay value and extremely immersive. A+ plus plus!

### 1/5 — Refund

*2019-12-30*

If you would be so kind to give me a refund I would greatly appreciate it. This app keeps on freezing on me.

### 1/5 — Great

*2014-10-26*

It just saddens me whenever you're asked to make choices about your first love or your childhood friend. Not everyone has friends, so I wish these games would stop making that assumption. It's a personal thing, but it just really hurts.

### 1/5 — 👎

*2014-08-22, version 1.0.3*

Don't get this app

### 3/5 — Text Size

*2016-03-04*

Don't get me wrong the story is amazing but the text randomly reverted to a bigger text fit for a iPhone 3G

### 4/5 — B+

*2016-06-19, version 1.0.3*

The game just works

### 4/5 — It's great, I just didn't like it.

*2014-09-02*

The game is really well structured and written, I just didn't particularly care for the setting. That's just me though.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2014-07-31, version 1.0.3*

Why can't you date Alex the FBI agent?

### 5/5 — good

*2024-02-12, version 1.0.9*

enjoyed this. well written with a lot of possible endings

a wild west or cut-throat corporate themed one would be fun

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2018-09-03*

This was an awesome story. Definitely the best one thus far. I still haven’t gotten all the endings, and I have played this for 4 months!

### 5/5 — Phenomenal!

*2017-10-02, version 1.0.3*

What a story. Addicting! Very developed.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 4 stars.

*2017-02-23*

Once again rating review is higher than what is fair, due to unfair ratings of other posted reviews. This story is great and very replay-able. Very nice mechanics, meaningful choices, several endings and few typos.
Still, it would be a 4 star in my book due to its very narrative style of story telling. I want to experience the story more, feel it as if I was there. The narrative style makes it feel to me more like I am just being told what happened. So I can't go above a 4 as 5 stars are reserved for books like Heroes.

### 5/5 — Perfect.

*2016-11-16*

Just perfect. Realistic. Well written. Replayability.

### 5/5 — One of the better ones

*2016-08-04*

I have played several of these "choice of" games and this one is definitely one of the best. I have played through several times and still have not gotten all of the endings.

### 5/5 — Get it, and fogertaboutit!

*2016-07-05*

This game has literally consumed my life. It's so capturing and filled with exciting moments! Not to mention the realism, with the hierarchy, the way the story progresses and such, it's very great! Get the freaking thing!

### 5/5 — Great Game

*2016-05-30, version 1.0.3*

This is lots of fun.

### 5/5 — Best of Lucid's games

*2016-04-27, version 1.0.3*

Lucid's choice games are some of the best out there and this one is no exception. There are many routes to travel down without the game seeming repetitive. Well worth the price.

One thing I would say is that in Lucid's games the stat pages and relationship are so much more detailed and dynamic than other choice games. They are brilliant in this regard!

### 5/5 — A masterpiece? Maybe.

*2016-02-01, version 1.0.3*

This game was, at the end of the day, phenomenal. When I bought this, I was expecting a cliched and corny story that I'd probably give up on within five minutes. Instead, I played all the way through the story for about five hours straight. That may sound sad but I'll let you judge me only after you have actually experienced this for yourself. Despite the fact that the app contained no animation or sound whatsoever, the story was packed with original ideas and surprisingly interesting characters. In particular, the protagonist, however you decided to play him/her as, was very compelling. Furthermore, the game has great replay value, as you'll discover in the end
