Best app out there. So many great features. Really soothes my anxiety. I work from home this app has helped me get through some tough times!!

Journal is great! I didn’t realize how bad some of my days are and after “rating” some of them I realized there is definitely room for improvement. I love the affirmations too! Meditations are amazing, wish there were more but as far as I can tell this is a brand new app so I figure there will be more added every week. Sleep tracks hit the spot :) I never write reviews but I like this app more than others like calm and breathe so I figured I had to write a review and help the new app out!

Honestly has so many cool features, seems to have everything i’d need to improve myself. I can tell this app is new so it’s definitely off to a great start!! Definitely worth a try!
