I hate apps where u cant even use them without starting a subscription. Every app should have free features to use without having to start a $40 plan just to try and test out the app

I did a 3 day trial and ended up not getting notified that I was gonna get charged. (Even tho they said they’d send me a reminder). The app doesn’t seem to work. I have 10 unblocks per day but it won’t let me unblock. I read other reviews and the dev response said to turn off focus mode. I tried that and I was able to unblock and it asked for how long. I said 15 minutes, but now all the apps that I had blocked are fully open and it’s been longer than 15 minutes. Id like to say it was a successful app with no issues but there’s a lot of bugs it seems. I paid for a year so maybe it’ll improve over time.

Every time I activate a block the app will close even though I make sure to not block the app itself. I am a paying member so this is even more frustrating. I don’t want to cancel my subscription but if the issue doesnt resolve after the first month I’m out. It’s too bad really since the app does seriously help with productivity. The only solution seems to uninstall and reinstall but that is just so bothersome for a service I am paying for
