The app used to make this easy for me. Unfortunately, I have recently been experiencing issues accessing my account on both the app and website, where I have been trapped in a perpetual cycle of trying to log into my account, being told I need to sign up, and then finally having that exasperating “account already exists, sign back in” message pop up again. Please fix whatever issues your backend seems to have, as clearly it’s begun to cause issues with existing accounts and making it impossible to access the online booking service or other information which is attached to your account.
