The app used to make this easy for me. Unfortunately, I have recently been experiencing issues accessing my account on both the app and website, where I have been trapped in a perpetual cycle of trying to log into my account, being told I need to sign up, and then finally having that exasperating “account already exists, sign back in” message pop up again. Please fix whatever issues your backend seems to have, as clearly it’s begun to cause issues with existing accounts and making it impossible to access the online booking service or other information which is attached to your account. It is an unambiguously fantastic thing to do. I like how when you’re booking to donate it tells you the soonest date you can do it for either blood or plasma. My one suggestion to improve the app would be when you get to the screen where you select to book whole blood or plasma, the icon shows what the most recent stock levels are in your region for your blood type. I’m not sure how others decide which to donate, but for myself I would book an appointment for the one that is most in need. Or maybe a tab somewhere else in the app that shows current stocks?
