## What is LifeCalendar?

Ask yourself where last Tuesday went. You will not remember.

LifeCalendar answers that, and it does it with the app closed. You install it once, allow location, and then forget it exists. It notices where you stop, how long you stayed, and when one place became the next. You never open it to record anything, because there is nothing to record.

The places that matter to you are recorded the moment you arrive, even a two-minute stop at the school gate. Everywhere else is recorded once you have stayed a while, so a red light never turns into a visit, and driving past a place you know does not count as going there.

Trips appear as travel between places, whether you drove, took the bus or caught a train. Towns and neighbourhoods fill themselves in from the addresses of your places, so your days sort themselves without you drawing anything.

It stays quiet. The only time it speaks is when you stop somewhere new, so the places you go every day never interrupt you.

At the end of the day you can look back and see where the day actually went, by name and in order. At the end of the week, the same for the week.

Your days can also be written into your own Calendar, if you want them there. That is off until you turn it on, because your calendar is yours.

Nothing is uploaded. There is no server and no account, so there is nowhere for your days to go. They live on your iPhone and nowhere else.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.10.0 — 2026-10-16

Write about your day, or just say it.
- Notes for any moment: type anywhere on the page, or tap the microphone and your words appear as you speak.
- Your voice is turned into text on your iPhone, and the recording stays there.
- Open a note from Now, from the timeline, or say "Note This Moment" to Siri.
- Find any note again in Library > Notes.
- Add who you're with right from Now, or create a new contact without leaving the app.
- Rate LifeCalendar anytime from Settings.

### 1.9.0 — 2026-10-15

A new look, built around your day.
- Every day opens with a map of where you were and the whole day in one line.
- Stops are numbered on the map and in the timeline, in the same colours.
- Swipe between days, and step back through past weeks.
- A stop with no name? Pick one of the nearby places from Apple Maps with a tap.
- Each place shows how often you go, how long you stay and on which days.
- In the morning, Home shows yesterday at a glance.
- New widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

### 1.8.1 — 2026-10-14

The App Store page now speaks Portuguese, Spanish and German. The app itself stays in English for now.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-09-29

Change where a visit was, all in one place. Tap a visit, or "Not here?" on Now, and pick a place nearby, a suggestion from Maps, or a new one.

Arriving somewhere ends your journey, even if your iPhone still thinks you are driving. If Now says Driving when you are not, End journey is right there.

Places you correct by hand stay one visit.

A place now shows every visit you ever made there, and a person every day you spent together.

Steadier from day one: the app tells you plainly when it is not recording, and only asks for your calendar when you choose.

### 1.7.2 — 2026-09-25

Big places stay one visit. Driving around a hospital car park or a campus no longer splits your stay into pieces.

A stop of a few seconds no longer shows up as a visit.

Places you have made a little wider now name your stops the way they should.
