Indexes: LifeCouple believes tracking and monitoring your relationship health is essential to your success. Your relationship will be tracked through a series of proprietary Indexes based on LifeCouple's Patent Pending technology. You have personal Index ratings for Communication, Trust, Intimacy and Conflict Resolution and an Overall Relationship Index. These Indexes, private to you only, gauge your perspective of the relationship and highlight growth areas. Your partner will have their own Relationship Indexes. Began seeing a licensed therapist weekly and received much better care. First and foremost, if you and your partner are finding yourselves in need of a little outside help, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Honestly, YouTube would be more helpful than the people that are running this SCAM of an app/service. I initiated and paid for the membership for my own reasons. I was immediately contacted by “Natalie”, asked a few get to know you questions(my name, essentially what my goal was for the app) and was told that she would get back to me. It’s my assumption that she was waiting for my partner to sync with my profile. At any rate, SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. Apparently she spoke with my partner readily but completely ignored my inquiries until I asked to be unsubscribed. To add insult to injury, at this point it was clear her focus was more so on my partner than myself. She tried to pacify me by offering support but how can you support anything when you’ve NEVER had a conversation with me? I simply asked to be unsubscribed...repeatedly. And yet, I was still spammed with emails from these liars and con artists. It gets better though. I left a review of the app in the App Store which clearly was going to be unfavorable based on my personal experience and “Natalie” ran back to my partner, not me, basically being butthurt and looking for sympathy. The nerve and unmitigated gall at this point is unbelievable! How dare you continue to discuss me with anyone but me after you claimed to have deleted my profile? And then to offer a refund to someone who didn’t pay for the subscription to begin with?! Where was this energy when I came directly to you with my concern over MY money?! THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTIST!! They have their colleagues leaving reviews on their pages to appear more favorable when really it’s just a scam. A crappy collection of 2-5 minute YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time or your money into this. And just for grins and giggles Natalie...I’m a mother of FOUR.
