Take control of your health, from first principles. Tell LifeFrom your goal, whether that's more energy, better sleep, testosterone, weight or your heart. From there, its AI works on it with you every day. Give it everything. LifeFrom reads your blood test results, scan reports and DNA, your meals and medicines, Apple Health and your Apple Watch, scale and band, even a video of your workout, and turns it into one living picture of you. • Every hour of your day, computed: your Life Force, an energy estimate from your Apple Health data, rises and falls with sleep, food, caffeine, training and how you feel. • Every pill, on time: your doses, and how your day tracked after them. • Every organ tracked: your results grouped by body system, with trends, and a body built from your data. • Workouts from Apple Health logged on their own, with their impact on your energy and your goal. • Ask anything, any hour. LifeFrom AI answers from your own numbers. Answers are for information, not medical advice, and your data goes to third-party AI providers only with your permission. LifeFrom is for information and education. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace your doctor. Talk to your doctor before making medical decisions. LifeFrom reads Apple Health only with your permission, never writes to it, and never uses your health data for advertising. LifeFrom Membership: $199 a year, with the first 7 days free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the free week ends. The membership renews each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Have an offer code? After sign-up, LifeFrom AI reads what you've already shared, asks only what's missing for your goal, and saves it so it never asks twice. Tap any value, from blood tests to gut bacteria, DNA and your devices, to see what it is, what it affects and what high and low mean. Redesigned DNA and food sensitivity results, with your traits and foods on one clear page. A faint sun line on your timeline shows your time outdoors in daylight. Tell LifeFrom "took everything" and your scheduled doses tick themselves. You now stay signed in when you're offline. ### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-24 LifeFrom is now free to use. Everything you track stays free: your timeline, sleep, heart, blood tests, scans and records. LifeFrom AI comes with 10 messages a day, plus 3 food photos and 1 workout film a day. LifeFrom Pro, monthly or yearly, gives you 150 messages a day, unlimited food photos and workout films, and 25% off the shop. Members who joined before 17 October have Pro free until 1 January 2027. Also new: faster replies, a steadier microphone, open-ended fasts with an End fast button in the Dynamic Island, and fixes for the crashes you reported. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-20 Creating your account is smoother: sign in with a new email and LifeFrom creates your account right there. A smarter home drawer: LifeFrom now notices more about your day (daylight, sleep timing, heart, walking, your fast, doses and more) against your own usual, and asks quick one-tap questions when something is missing. Your journal is now the story so far: your notes, symptoms and voice notes alongside what LifeFrom has noticed, with search. A redesigned Connectors page for ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, and fixes throughout. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-19 A new home: your day as one timeline, with LifeFrom AI a pull away at the foot of the screen. LifeFrom now notices things for you. Short insights from your own data through the day: your fast and your meals, last night against your week, your heart and recovery, even how you walk. Onboarding built around your goal: each one, from VO2 max to menopause, gets its own questions and its own plan, and the chat picks up right where it ends. LifeFrom Membership: $199 a year, with 7 days free to start. Have a code? Redeem it on the membership screen. ### 1.0 — 2026-10-16 No release notes. ## Apps similar to LifeFrom | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Triggerbites: Food & Symptoms](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/triggerbites-food-and-symptoms/id6755041249) | 4.9 (8) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Air Diet: Weight Loss Plan](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/air-diet-weight-loss-plan/id6755719384) | 4.1 (112) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Healthy Buddy: AI Health Coach](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/healthy-buddy-ai-health-coach/id6756880092) | 4.7 (123) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Keto Diet \| Plan Easy 30 Days](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/keto-diet-plan-easy-30-days/id1544334390) | 4.6 (11) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Trail Router](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/trail-router/id1500479574) | 4.6 (33) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [SEVEN+ Wellness](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/seven-plus-wellness/id6446793656) | 3.0 (9) | Free | Health & Fitness | ## More apps by Costin Iulian Caraulani - [Mari Parinti - Ortodoxie Vie](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mari-parinti-ortodoxie-vie/id6751187197) - [Based Music - AI Song Maker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/based-music-ai-song-maker/id6751800532) - [Make Calls Online](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/make-calls-online/id6754025284) - [Pozache - Vinde-ți marfa cu AI](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/pozache-vinde-ti-marfa-cu-ai/id6755600928) All apps by Costin Iulian Caraulani: https://appshunter.io/developer/1833878317 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
