I think this company should either give me a new bottle for free that works or give me my money back!! ### 3/5 — Has potential *2021-12-28, version 1.20.5* I really enjoy the bottle but seems like they cut and pasted this together from the old company. Pods aren’t all recognized so then you have to use the button on the bottle. Had a few issues with pods and a leaky bottle. Customer service has been good but a better supported app would be a plus since it’s used as a selling point. ### 4/5 — Amazing Product in today’s Market *2020-12-04, version 1.20.4* What an amazing product! This have completely revolutionize my drinking habits. I’ve struggled for so long to cut out soda & juice. I seen this advertised on my Facebook and said to myself, “this is what I need”. I ended up buying it as a birthday gift for myself and since day one I’ve drank nothing but water from this product! The flavors are amazing, the bottle is very well built and everything works seamlessly. If I could give a small critique it would be to make the app less prone to freezing/crashing. It happens from time to time but it doesn’t take away from how amazing this product is. I love it!!!!! ### 2/5 — App seems buggy- can’t exit pairing mode *2020-08-04, version 1.13.3* I just received my bottle and was excited to try it. The first shot I did apparently released 5 shots, so that was upsetting. After successfully pairing my bottle to the app, the app suddenly crashed, and when I restarted it, it made me pair again, but when I get to the select the bottle part it says my bottle is already paired with another device. I closed the app, I deleted and reinstalled it, I turned of Bluetooth, but no matter what I do , the app opens back up on the same screen, not allowing me to exit this mode,.. not too pleased right mow ### 2/5 — Paring *2020-07-27, version 1.13.3* I got logged out so I logged back in and everything to my account and I tried to pair my bottle and it said it was paired to a different device and i followed the instructions and it didn’t work so now I can’t use the app. ### 3/5 — Terrible connection *2020-07-20, version 1.13.3* I love LifeFuels. I love the concept, the flavors, the technology, but I’m getting really annoyed with fighting with it all the time. The app either freezes or crashes constantly. It unpairs my bottle all the time, then I have to restart it. It doesn’t always read the levels I’ve drank. The app logs me off all the time and when I try to make beverages it closes the app. This is getting increasingly worse as days go on. Only thing is that I wish the flavors were a little stronger and one of the pods didn’t register but I just re-screwed it in and it worked just fine. I wish they had a lid with a straw attached so I don’t have to unscrew the lid every time I don’t know about anyone else but I drink more with a straw. Straws are just fun! For example, I drank 28oz and it only says I drank 10oz...very disappointed for such an expensive bottle. DON’T BUY! ### 1/5 — Beware of poor customer support *2021-12-20, version 1.20.5* Tried messaging them over and over concerning an issue with app. No response ### 1/5 — Super disappointed *2021-12-14, version 1.20.5* I was pumped when I found out LifeFuels was coming back with new flavors, so I ordered a new bottle. First I had trouble with the sweet tea pods. They wouldn’t dispense or show up in the app. I contacted customer service, and they told me that the sweet tea pods were having issues and that they were replacing the stickers on them and would send me new ones as soon as they were fixed. I got another email saying they were fixed and they’d be shipping new ones to me, but they never came. Then two of the bays on my bottle stopped working. They wouldn’t light up, dispense, or register any pods at all in the app. I contacted CS again, and they sent a return label so they could either repair my bottle or send me a new one. That was about two months ago and I haven’t heard a thing. I’ve contacted them to ask for an update and heard nothing. At this point, I’m just pouring the pods into my water so they don’t go to waste. ### 1/5 — Poor app and bad company *2020-12-31, version 1.20.4* App crash and they cancel order like crazy don’t buy from them ### 1/5 — Haven’t even had this for 5 minutes *2020-08-25, version 1.15.5* Haven’t even had my bottle for 5 minutes and I’m already angry about this app. When attempting to create a login it continually says “Email cannot be blank” despite there quite obviously being an email present. Incredibly overpriced *2020-05-02, version 1.7.2* The Bluetooth connection takes far too long to pair with the bottle. It wouldn’t connect for about an hour when I first got the bottle. This device is also incredibly overpriced 0/10. Do not buy ### 1/5 — Couldn't sign up *2020-04-07, version 1.6.1* While I was signing up I accidentally pressed the button to connect lifefuels water bottle. It wouldn't let me go back and I tried refreshing the app and logging back in and it kept being me to the same page. I wasn't even able to actually use the app which I was looking forward to. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as expected / flawed *2019-12-31, version 1.4.0* The concept is cool but after 2 months and 2 bottle replacements there’s just a lot of flaws for a $180 water bottle. The company blames the issues on its app but I think it’s just a “rushed to market” product with flaws. The battery charge indicator doesn’t work, it doesn’t always properly log your fluid intake, it doesn’t seem to know the difference between regular water and water with dispersed flavor pods. Make it worse now the pods are always invalid no matter how much I try to get it to work. I’ve only had it for over 2 weeks now, it’s getting worse and I’m starting to regret buying it. Many people asked that question when the iPhone came out in 2007, “do we really need our phones to be smart?” We all know how that turned out. I love the functionality and portability of my LifeFuels bottle, the pods are delicious and nutritious and have helped me to maintain hydration and lost weight, and I absolutely love the app - it is one of my most used on my phone. ### 5/5 — Fantastic App *2020-05-20, version 1.7.2* App looks great and has a lot of good features.
