The app never works. ### 1/5 — Scam??? *2026-08-07, version 2.1.0* DOES NOT WORK!! and now even Questioning if I just got suckered into giving my personal info!!??? ### 1/5 — App does not work; use the website *2026-07-17, version 2.1.0* Despite the very poor reviews, I downloaded the app anyway to give it a try. Sadly, it does not work, likely because there’s been no update in 2 years 🙄. Though I much prefer an app, I was able to register on the web at: “LifeInCheckEBT.com” and get the information I needed. Save yourself the aggravation: skip the app and go to straight to the website instead. ### 1/5 — Useless!! *2026-07-09, version 2.1.0* The last update was 2 years ago ! There is an error everytime you try to look at balance and transactions . You can’t even give feedback on the site because it errors out and that seems intentional! ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-06-27, version 2.1.0* The last update was in 2024 and the app doesn’t work. Guess that says it all. ### 1/5 — Error message *2026-06-16, version 2.1.0* Can’t see transactions or deposits. I created the acct and logged in and it showed but now it won’t show anything, just an error message. I Closed the app and reopened and nothing. Deleted acct and app and reinstalled and created new acct and still nothing. May as well stick with the Providers app. ### 1/5 — LifeInCheck NOT *2026-06-14, version 2.1.0* The app worked at first. It hasn’t worked in over a year. It keeps showing an error message for over a year after I’ve reset it over 45 times. The fact they haven’t fixed the problem in this long period of time shows just how much they care about the customer. I know they’re still being paid by the state for the service they are NOT providing. Ridiculous ! ### 1/5 — Login *2026-05-26, version 2.1.0* Login sucks really! Tell you all info is wrong!
