This is especially concerning because my personal information was already submitted, yet I received no functionality or support in return. This experience is frustrating and raises concerns about the app’s reliability and handling of user data. I would like a clear explanation of why this occurred, confirmation of how my personal information is being stored or used, and instructions on how this issue will be resolved. Sadly, it does not work, likely because there’s been no update in 2 years 🙄. Though I much prefer an app, I was able to register on the web at: “LifeInCheckEBT.com” and get the information I needed. Save yourself the aggravation: skip the app and go to straight to the website instead. ### 1/5 — Useless!! *2026-07-09, version 2.1.0* The last update was 2 years ago ! There is an error everytime you try to look at balance and transactions . It hasn’t worked in over a year. It keeps showing an error message for over a year after I’ve reset it over 45 times. The fact they haven’t fixed the problem in this long period of time shows just how much they care about the customer. The mobile app must have an issue with backend communication or something. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. The other issue I have been facing for a long time now is that I no longer can view my card details it just fails. The app is broken and I’m actually disappointed the app is in this state . It almost seems like nobody works on this app anymore ?
