Instead we got fairy tails and lies. It’s now March and the app is more glitchy than ever. Just please for the love of god add dark mode so I’m not flashbanged every time I open. Then it’ll be pretty much perfect, apart from the ui on the tablet for clocking in. The buttons on that need to be far bigger and more responsive, especially the numpad, it’s too easy to not press a number right. I have no idea what my password is no create account button and when I go to reset the password on the account that I think my work created for me since I have no idea what it could be, it just doesn’t send the email to me for it to reset. Unfortunately, the app is extremely slow and constantly takes too long to load. Something that should take seconds can take several minutes. When you are managing a busy restaurant, this is not just an inconvenience—it directly affects productivity and makes scheduling unnecessarily difficult. The app needs significant improvement in speed, responsiveness, and reliability. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously because the current performance is frustrating and not acceptable for a system managers are expected to use every day. ### 1/5 — this app sucks dih *2026-08-08, version 1.76.0* Using this app is like sawing your own leg off without anesthesia, but at least when I cut my leg off I get good parking. Too bad, that shift only shows for SOME people. You want to view your schedule? Good luck. It’s gonna take a minute or more for it to load. The list goes on and on, and I’m STILL finding more issues.
