I’ve called at least three times for return shipping labels. They sent me two units, and I’m about ready to pitch them in the trash When we had the unit hooked up, the pendulum was faulty. Then the machine never did safety checks I don’t want them and I’m sick of sitting on hold while to speak with them another person who can’t get anything right We’re better off with a neighbor calling a neighbor to check on him if I call and he doesn’t answer the phone ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-07-23* I’ve tried repeatedly, over two days, to activate my account, using both the app and the website page. I’ve phoned and gotten no help. I and my caregiver circle have no way of accessing my account. No customer support. Received email from developer to call for help; called repeatedly and put on wait for over 5 min each time. No way to get help and automated reset connects me with Philips product registration site that has no lifeline support link. I was able to create a login online, but when this app is opened, no history is shown, no device status appears. It generated several false incident notifications to my phone overnight, while I was in the same house with the service subscriber. I have deleted. We will return to email notifications. ### 1/5 — Device activated/no app update *2021-06-01, version 1.4.1* No idea what happened to her or if she was taken to emergency or if it was false alarm. Never never never updates appropriately. When notified of an alert and you click on the app to see a status it just spins like it’s updating and it never does. Timeout error after timeout error. I’m seriously going to look for another option soon. GARBAGE APP ### 3/5 — Cannot Reset Password *2021-05-29, version 1.4.1* Cannot create an initial login! Cannot receive password reset emails. All other email correspondence seems to work ok. Web support is slow and disconnected because you cannot talk to them.
