### 1/5 — Great game but…

*2026-09-29*

This game was so amazing I paid $20 for the full game. Only issue is when I paid the $20 to upgrade something broke. I haven’t been able to play since. I emailed the developers four days ago, but still haven’t gotten a reply.

**Developer response:** You did email us, and we're very sorry we were so slow to answer. That shouldn't have happened, especially after you supported the game. We've now replied to your email with steps to get you playing again. Your purchase is safe and tied to your Apple ID, and you can restore it any time in Settings, then Restore purchases. We want to fix this for you.

### 1/5 — Good Game until Recent update

*2026-09-25*

I can no longer play it after the recent update. I have deleted the progress, didn’t work, deleted the app, didn’t work. I would have given this 4 stars prior to the update.

**Developer response:** Sorry about this, and thank you for telling me here. It sounds like something in the update blocks the game on your iPhone, and we're tracking it down now. A fix is coming in the next update. If you can, please email temveno@gmail.com with your iPhone model and what you see on the screen when it stops, and we will make sure it is fixed for you.

### 3/5 — Crash

*2026-09-27*

I’m enjoying the game but my save game keeps crashing and I have to start all over again

**Developer response:** Thank you for playing, and sorry about the lost progress. We found the cause: in some cases a save that failed to load was replaced by a new game. The next update coming out today keeps any save that fails to load and offers it back, so a life is never wiped. If it happens again, please tap App Support so we can help.

### 5/5 — Best Pocket life sim

*2026-09-30*

I really enjoyed this and played almost all packs, was really fun. Should add a streamer pack, influencer pack. Would be great too. Overall amazing simulator for mobile

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! A streamer and influencer path is a great idea, and I've added it to our list for future updates. Glad you're enjoying your lives so far.

### 5/5 — Most detailed Life Simulator

*2026-09-27*

I love the details when making choices and felt like a mobile version of the Sims

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! The little details in each choice are what we care about most, so it means a lot that you noticed. More stories and choices are on the way. Happy living!

### 5/5 — Great Game

*2026-09-22*

Everything you could want in a life simulation and the developers are even making updates and making stuff better not just simple stuff but amazing stuff

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! It means a lot that you've noticed the updates. We read every review and keep building on what players ask for. Farming and first responder careers are coming soon, along with more in the works. Thanks for playing LifeLine!
