### 4/5 — I like it so far!

*2021-08-26, version 3.21*

The app is very convenient. It gives great tips and gives me peace of mind. I’m 21 yo and my sister give my SSN and personal information to a friend of hers to file me on the friends taxes and split the money. Currently doing a federal investigation right now… but anyway, I got LifeLock Ultimate Plus and pay annually. You can do a 30 day trial actually if you can find a link for it. I think it’s worth it. There’s a feature to talk to a live agent through message or phone call. You will get alerts if your information is on the dark web or being used. I have it set up for email, text message, and the app will alert me if this happens. You can lock your credit stuff or freeze it (there is a difference between a fraud alert and a freeze). You can freeze your bank stuff, your utilities. You can even get alerts for any criminal records if someone were to use your information as an alias. Protect your 401K money or other investments. A lot of the alerts and services they offer will have a description and why it’s important. Now this is just what my Ultimate plan offers. You can add other members but I only pay for myself.

### 4/5 — A good thing to have in today’s world.

*2021-03-13, version 3.18*

I have been a long time member of LifeLock and in today’s cyber world would not dream of having some sort of monitoring on my financial affairs that is not governmental. There are two things though that I believe a person needs to be aware of that have occurred to me. One: the software that monitors bank/credit union activity has an issue with the two-step verification that most financial businesses use and cannot monitor for suspicious activity. Therefore, I don’t get the notifications that I used to when my accounts pay out over a specified amount. Second: they are correct when they say that no one can monitor all activity all the time. I have had three instances where it was my credit union that notified me of suspicious activity, or I found it myself on my statement (e.g. live in one state and activity is happening with your card across country). These are the reasons I did not give a higher score.

### 4/5 — Fabulous App

*2020-09-16, version 3.16*

This app gives you great flexibility to control what to monitor and/or how much per transaction from where to get notified. But like the keys to your house, you have to be mind-full to lock the doors and windows. So with this app, you must keep your information updated otherwise you’ve lost your protection.
I only gave it 4 Stars because with an address change alert ... it asks you if you recognize this address change alert, but has NO way to acknowledge a YES or NO. Also, there are alerts from 2017 and 2018 that keep showing with no way to acknowledge with a yes!!!!! Very annoying! At least make it so they can be archived after a read acknowledgment.

Life Lock is awesome and the app only has that single silly operational missing flaw missing.

### 3/5 — No support

*2020-07-07, version 3.14*

There is no customer service, no support. I made a mistake by pushing no instead of yes and there was no way to reverse my input This triggered an investigation on a valid transaction . I called the 800 # for support and there were only several prompts to choose from no live person. I left a message and no one ever called back. I logged on to the website and asked for chat help —-no one available. I sent an email request and got no response . I have been paying for my membership for 5 years and this is the first time I’ve asked for help. I think LifeLock is a scam. If someone does steal my identity there is no one there to help me . It is not like their advertisements state about helping you immediately.i am going to ask for a refund they have collected 5 years of payments from me with no intention of helping me.

### 4/5 — Don’t use credit without this

*2019-11-28, version 3.11*

If you get paid in cash and you buy all your goods and services with cash, and you live in your mom’s basement for free, and she gave you a cell phone or land line to call your friends (if any) then you don’t need this service.
The app is pretty good. My only complaint is that each alert is a separate text and/or email. I would suggest combining multiple alerts from the day/hour into one comprehensive message. I need to dismiss them individually on the dashboard anyway, so it makes sense to group them.
Example: A couple of my accounts disconnected due to security updates, and when I discovered they were no longer alerting about purchases/transfers, I reconnected. For the next hour I received 36 emails and texts.
Would have been more convenient to get one or two and then go to work marking them ok or not.

### 3/5 — It’s still up to you.

*2019-10-26, version 3.10*

I keep an account with Experian and have for years. I make sure I use credit alerts on my bank accounts and credit cards. I also make sure I always have my Norton security software on all our computers and phones. I received LifeLock as an add on to Norton. Frankly it’s just insurance. I make sure that my family is very familiar with social engineering and how it is used to compromise the security of our accounts and how it is used by identity thieves. LifeLock is a tool, like the lock and key on your front door of your home. You are the one who remembers to close and lock the door. Keep your address up to date with credit bureaus and dispute any incorrect information there. Be aware of ways social engineering is used by criminals to exploit the one thing most vulnerable, which is you. The LifeLock service and this application are tools, but if you don’t make yourself aware of how you can protect yourself by being aware of how email and other communications are used to load malware and virus software to your devices and to get you to reveal PII information used for identity theft, then no tool or insurance will prevent criminals from targeting you.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your considerate review. You're right: education regarding identity theft and cybercrime is an important step in helping to protect oneself. We have some self-help and educational resources on our LifeLock and Norton sites and our knowledgeable support staff is available to help members educate themselves on our tools and services. Thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing NortonLifeLock!

### 5/5 — A MUST-HAVE SERVICE

*2019-05-11, version 3.8*

As much as the ‘net has put the world at our fingertips, it’s also allowed those ill-willed black hats to sneak in and steal your identity - and money - before your next bank/credit card statement comes in the mail, sits on your desk for two weeks, then gets opened after you wonder why a check bounced or a collection notice came in today’s mail. I’m buried in email, snail mail, work, and just don’t get around to being as “on top of things” as I should be. This has been like my own private secretary who does that for my whole family for a few bucks a month. Considering how quickly a hacker can drain your accounts, the $25/mo I pay is worth it, and better yer, saved me from “the bad guys” twice. Losing your ID is just the beginning of months of phone calls, letters, and repeated explanations to banks, lenders, credit card companies, credit bureaus - I’ve seen friends who didn’t have a service like LifeLock go through that hell. I use LifeLock because they were the first credit monitoring company, and I’ve stuck with them. As long as they keep up watching my back for a very reasonable fee, I’ll stick with them. I recommend them highly.

**Developer response:** We are thrilled to hear how well the service works for you and your family. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! And thank you for choosing NortonLifeLock.

### 4/5 — Still some bugs

*2019-03-21, version 3.6*

I’m thankful for LifeLock. I like the app for the most part, but when I get alerts from activity taking place and I click on the link provided, it takes me to the website through Safari, instead of linking up with the app I have on my phone. As soon as the website comes up, an ad to download the app appears. But I already have the app. ??

Another thing that is a little confusing is the alerts. The alert symbol in the app shows that I have 3 new alerts. There is a little red circle with a “3” inside. That means the alerts are new, but they are not new. Two are from last year and one is from 2017. I have opened the alerts and read them and yet they are still showing as new alerts. Other than those two things, I am enjoying using the app and feel like my information is safe with LifeLock. 😊

### 5/5 — Excellent heads up!

*2019-03-19, version 3.6*

My wife and I have been members for 4 yrs now I think it’s been great to see things on the fly the fact I can monitor my credit score I of great value and when I purchase things it notifies me as well especially big purchases. For example how creditors falsely run you credit in different spellings of your name because you did not want to purchase from them after you filled the application out I got hit for the same item12 times after I said no on my credit report so my score dropped from 748 to 620 over night I was furious but thanks to look LifeLock they caught it and alerted me my credit got hit but it’s going back up quickly.

### 5/5 — Extremely Happy!

*2019-01-10, version 3.4*

I’ve been using LifeLock for 10+ years and have been extremely happy with this company!! I’ve even recommended these services to many others, and LifeLock now services them. Thanks for having such a service where we entrust our very personal information.
The fact that they notify you of any items, that you use personal information for, like applying for a credit card. I applied for one recently and before I was approved by the credit card company, I was receiving a message from LifeLock, to verify that I did this. I’m not sure what can get by them? Thank you again, for all the services you provide, LifeLock!

### 4/5 — Good app but sometimes overkill

*2018-11-09, version 3.2.1*

My identity was stolen at least twice so I consider a service like LifeLock to be essential. They appear to be monitoring the right things. However, I have one big gripe. I hold numerous investment accounts at several brokers. I buy and sell stocks regularly. Even though the money does not leave the account (it is simply a buy or sell order for a particular security or securities) LifeLock insists on notifying me of the transaction. I have asked them several times not to notify me when the money stays in an account and to restrict the notice only if money enters or leaves an account. They have not responded. Thus, I end up getting dozens of what I consider to be meaningless alerts about transactions within an account

### 5/5 — Everything I NEED!

*2018-10-11, version 3.2*

First noticed an ID theft via my bank. Immediately purchased LifeLock Ultimate Plus and they found 3 more thefts and 2 additional attempts, which LifeLock thwarted. All that in less than 2 months! Saved me literally tens-of-thousands (if not more) of $$$ and possibly 100 or more points on my credit scores.

LifeLock walked me through the process and represented me over the phone to reach resolutions with the fraudulent accounts. They helped me with the FTC and Credit Bureaus and every other step of the way.

I highly recommend LifeLock. In my experience, the annual membership is well worth the price; ten times over. Buy what you can afford. You won’t regret it!

### 5/5 — A must have

*2018-09-07, version 3.1.2*

As a Federal employee who has to maintain a Top secret status, I have to carefully watch all my personal information, which proves difficult no matter how hard I try. LifeLock has been absolutely the best investment I’ve “EVER” made in order to protect my personal information. I’ve had LifeLock for a few years now, and I can say they have notified and fixed several suspicious activities one of which was a serious breach of my information. LifeLock worked hand in hand with me and fixed the serious breach without effecting my top secret clearance. I can’t express how important it is to get Lifelock, in this time and age of internet and breaches of everything that could expose your personal information.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal App & Service

*2018-08-04, version 3.1.2*

I’ve been a long time subscriber to LifeLock, and I give it the highest praise possible. They are on top of everything. If I write a check or use a credit card for an amount that exceeds their algorithm for my spending, I get an alert. First comes a text telling me to check the app. I then log into the app with my fingerprint, and there’s the transaction with a green and a red button. It couldn’t be simpler.

I chose the “whole nine yards” option which is certainly more expensive than the “intro” price, and I haven’t regretted it for a minute. I try to be prudent with my personal info and online activity which, along with LifeLock, let’s me sleep at night. The app lets me check my credit history from all three service bureaus as well as my recent transactions all in one place.

Simply put, I feel much more secure now with LifeLock than I ever did without it. For me, it is absolutely an essential component of my financial security.

I have not been asked to write this review, and I’m not receiving any compensation for it. This truly is a great service. Try it, and you’ll see what I mean.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Problems need to be resolved ASAP

*2022-02-16, version 3.23*

Update: There is still no option to archive alerts. I currently have 8 alerts from 2019 that cannot be archived. It’s not an option. The app states that if I recognize the activity, I don’t need to do anything. Well, how about allowing the user to clear these alerts. Every time I open the app, I see that I have alerts to view, I check and they are still her old ones.

As of late, this app has been problematic. I have 8 alert messages from 2 years ago that will not archive nor will not clear. They are presumably permanent. I requested help from Lifelock to remove these old alerts and yet, 2 years later, they are still showing. The app will not archive them. It does not give me to option to do so. Newest issue arose this week. I received a credit check alert (good). I confirmed it was me as I am have a refinancing done on my mortgage. The alert cleared. All should be ok. Instead of being ok, I received 6 alert yesterday and more today. When I go in and check, there is no new alert. The only alerts are the ones from 2 years ago. I’m currently at the point to where I am going to disable the notification function for the app. All I am getting is false alarms. This situation makes the app useless for notifications. Until LifeLock resolves the inability to archive old alerts and stops the false alerts, I rate this as a 1 star.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with the mobile app. For questions regarding your account you can launch the app, tap on Support in the lower right corner of the screen and then scroll down to and tap on Message Member Services. This will put you in contact with a Member Services agent that should be able to assist you with your concerns.

### 1/5 — App design is very poor , has no artificial intelligence

*2019-09-19, version 3.9*

1 The mobile app doesn’t even provide the credit scores in an intuitive way. The sections are very poorly designed and difficulty to navigate ( eg there is a whole section on how your credit scores are calculated , but the actual credit score is missing ! Lolz
2 the app has absolutely zero artificial intelligence . All banks have better ability to customize alerts these days but LifeLock will bother you with twenty phone calls over the month with alerts of stupid stuff (of course it depends on the limits you have set , but there should be a way to say that the regular payments like mortgages etc which go every month and are above $1000 are not a matter of “ alert” but lifelock has an automated system which will keep calling in an irritatingly serious tone “ this is not a sale call , we have monitored an activity on your account “ what the heck !! In this age of artificial intelligence learn to differentiate between pre set financial activity and the fraudulent activity !!! Common guys , go get yourself a better IT vendor to work with

### 1/5 — Total ripoff

*2019-03-19, version 3.6*

I redime miles from my frequent flyer to get an app that is totally crippled and extremely limited. This app is designed only to force you to “update” to the most common and free options found in other apps that do exactly the same for free. This app only gives you 6 months of crippled functions. This app only wants you money. If a 6 months are offer by redime your friquen miles from an airline you should have access to all features and after the 6 month period is over we the end users should have the option to upgrade to a full year if we want to. Why would you take my mikes and never pretend to give me full access to all the features that I have to pay ? You all ready have my miles. Total rip off. Download other app that will give you full access to all features with a 6 month and if you like it then pay in full. Looks elsewhere do not use this app.
UPDATE. If you want to monitor your emails on the dark web you have to enter all your email that you have and I have been receiving emails from this app 3 o 4 every day to each email that I have input (spams) asking me to upgrade this app from the 6 months to a full blown app this spam email are too much. I have unsubscribe but I still have spams every day. Stay away !!!

**Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the app. We understand your frustrations and we hope you will submit your detailed feedback in-app. This lets us know what improvements are most important for future updates.

### 1/5 — NO ALERTS!

*2018-05-13, version 3.0*

I have been a LifeLock customer for years, paying hundreds of dollars for LifeLock’s “protection.” Unfortunately, the only alerts I seem to get are the ones notifying me that LifeLock is about to bill me. In the last year, I changed my address multiple times, got a cellphone plan, applied and obtained a new credit card, got a car loan, and took out a mortgage on a house. You would think these things would trigger an alert from LifeLock. However, I did not receive so much as a peep from LifeLock. When I called to discuss my dissatisfaction with LifeLock’s customer service, they bounced me around between four employees for over two hours. None of the employees seemed knowledgeable or competent, mostly tells me that companies need to opt-in to cooperating with LifeLock in order for LifeLock to monitor illegal activity. In closing, LifeLock provides a false sense of security. I was able to enter multiple contracts and pull hundreds of thousands of dollars in new lines of credit without LifeLock ever alerting me. Don’t throw away your money!

### 2/5 — Just ok, certainly not worth the cost!

*2019-05-30, version 3.8*

So my wife and I have used LifeLock for two years now and truth be told other than providing instant credit scores from all three reporting agencies it does nothing more that my bank or credit card companies do. For example Amex sends me immediate notifications every time a charge occurs. My bank is SunTrust and I recently had odd charges which my bank noticed did not fit my purchasing pattern so the fraud department immediately contacted me to inquire about it. LifeLock never caught it.

LifeLock is kind of like that commercial where the bank is being robbed and the security guard says there’s a robbery happening- they tell you but they don’t protect you and it’s after the fact. Certainly not worth the money and has no value that my credit card companies and banks don’t already offer.

Just my experience can’t speak for others.

### 2/5 — Excellent UI, but not possible to login in Version 3.0

*2018-05-06, version 3.0*

The application is beautifully designed, and virtually fun to use. I particularly like the ability to receive and respond to financial alerts immediately. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log into this latest version of the application If you have a very long user ID and password handled by a password manager:

1. Launch the app
2. Login screen appears
3. Switch to password app
4. Copy user ID
5. Switch to LifeLock
6. Paste user ID
7. Switch to password app
8. Copy password
9. Switch to LifeLock
10. The user ID has been cleared out!

If you experience this problem, I’ve discovered a workaround:

1. Launch Safari on your phone
2. Visit the LifeLock member portal
3. Login
4. Safari will offer to save your login
5. Now launch the LifeLock app
6. Login screen appears
7. Touch the user ID field
8. iOS keyboard appears
9. Touch the padlock icon on keyboard
10. Select “LifeLock” from the list of saved login details.

Update: Three phone calls and two emails later, I still have not been able to get through to anybody who is remotely connected with the iPhone app. The company is far too large and bureaucratic for its own good. Responses to email appear to be automated.

### 2/5 — Not really interested in helping

*2018-02-08, version 2.4*

I have been using LifeLock for a few years now. Other than taking my money for membership, I am not convinced that anyone is willing to help identify or prevent identity theft.

I recently had an incident where I started to receive collection notices for an account that I had no knowledge of. When I call for help I am told to reach out to the institution that I feel is the culprit. Of course when You reach out to the suspicions institution, they want to gather your personal information. The whole process leaves you very exposed. If life lock tracks and identifies bad actors in the industry then they should step up to the plate and act on our behalf. Instead they ask you to be come the professional. This effectively throws you to the wolves. I am very unhappy that I’ve paid lifelock for their premium service for so long yet when needed, receive no help at all. If someone out there can recommend an alternative service. I would love to hear from you. Lifelock for me has been a waste of money.

**Developer response:** I'm terribly sorry to hear that you've had such a negative experience with LifeLock. Typically, we do require you to reach out to the collection agency to ensure human error didn't play a part in the notice you received. But I'd like to help look into this further. Will you please message us in app and site your review (ask that your request be assigned to Jennifer K) so I can do so.

### 2/5 — Bad support & Bad UX

*2018-01-22, version 2.4*

Support is atrocious. I had a problem where my credit scores weren’t showing up in the app and they refused to do anything meaningful about it for weeks. They repeatedly told me my ticket was assigned to the responsible team but nothing progressed for weeks. Each call involved around 1+ hours of hold time, and included multiple ignorant support staff who could not figure out why my credit reports were available from every free online service but not from LifeLock (a paid service). At multiple points they asked me to call Equifax as if they would magically fix LifeLock’s broken tech. After I refused and I got a slightly less idiotic manager to agree to do something about it, they magically fixed the problem in 2 days.

Oh also take out that ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS “we logged you out” notification. It makes me hate using the app literally every time. It needs to go burn in a fire. It is the single most useless and infuriating part of any app or feature on my phone.

### 3/5 — Great program, but terrible app and customer service!

*2021-08-01, version 3.21*

I gave you a 3 star rating only for my hope that your program will work if I ever have to take advantage of it. But after that, it is a 1 star support program.

You can’t do anything on the app really but monitor. If you try to manage your account or change anything you have to call. That is where the pain starts. You go through the automated zoo and end up talking with “Bob” or “Sally” from somewhere in India after 30 min if you are lucky. You can’t understand what they say half the time, they can’t give you straight answers. It is utterly painful. Let alone when “Bob” or “Sally” have equipment issues or your call gets dropped and you have to start over.

Some of the worst app and customer service EVER! I can only imagine what would happen if I had to use their program guarantee and “Bill” or “Beatty” from India had to help me.

**Developer response:** Hi there. We're very sorry to hear you experience with our application and customer service has not been optimal. We would like to assist you with any issues you are encountering. For questions regarding your account you can launch the app, tap on Support in the lower right corner of the screen and then scroll down to and tap on Message Member Services. This will put you in contact with a Member Services agent that should be able to assist you with your concerns. We look forward to hearing from you!

### 3/5 — Many aspects are good, but not credit scores

*2021-05-19, version 3.19*

I have been a Norton and LifeLock customer from well before they merged. I have found great value in many of the security aspects. My reason for the 3-star rating is because being able to see credit scores within the app is helpful as a snapshot, but not (in this case) if they’re not updated regularly. It has been over 13 months and I’ve had to sign up with those credit agencies (Transunion and Experian) to see accurate scores. I’m not expecting to get them refreshed every month, but if it can’t be done on an annual basis, why bother having them?

I have emailed Customer Service and I’ve heard nothing back about why this is the case. At least I trust that my computer and identity are safe.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — LifeLock keeps track of my money

*2021-08-21, version 3.21*

I am grateful to LifeLock for sending me a warning that a suspicious online bank account was being opened in my name. It was my first warning that my ID was being stolen and one of my bank accounts was being drained and poured into an online one. I had LifeLock as an add-on to my Verizon account and never really paid attention to it until that first warning. The only account I set it up with was the one that was not hacked.

That transfer was stopped, thanks to LifeLock, but the other, unprotected accounts were depleted or compromised.

It was a messy few months of clean up. I appreciated the warning. Now I take LifeLock more seriously and set it up with all my accounts and check it every few days. It works, which allows me to relax.

BTW, the person allegedly responsible for my data breach was identified and I was one of several victims. He had acquired more than $300K collectively from people on my street by stealing our mail right out of the boxes. This led to nine federal indictments in superior court. But no trial for now as his lawyer convinced the DA and judge that he is suddenly mentally incompetent.

Defendants have lots of rights! Protect yours with this secure app.

### 5/5 — Worth it!

*2020-12-11, version 3.18*

I found out in credit Karma I had an eviction on my credit since 2017 I dispute it and provide proof that it was the wrong person, I got it clear out it did affect my credits but after that happend it really took my sleep away I couldn't stop thinking how someone can just screw up your credit your life in a blink. I decide to get LifeLock and never been happier they monitor all your moves in case something add shows they contact you right away! Love it😎I use to watch city confidential and in some episodes de show how people got their life trashed out and even end up in jail by someone having their personal info. Don't think about it twice is worth it it really takes a weight off your shoulder let's the professionals take care of you 👍

### 5/5 — The peace of mind I was needing

*2020-06-09, version 3.13*

My sensitive information was potentially put at risk and I was constantly worried about someone stealing it. I have enough stress in my life and hated worrying about the possibility of identity theft and what not. I saw a news article about the best programs/protection sites and found LifeLock to be at the top of the list on multiple articles. I finally downloaded the app and signed up for a membership. So glad I did. It’s the peace of mind I was looking for. The app is super easy to use and user friendly. Having that information at my fingertips is such a stress relief. Not one minute after signing up it sent me a notification that a game app I downloaded a while back sold my email on the dark web. I’m in the process of moving and getting ready to start a new job and the last thing I wanted was my information compromised. So happy with LifeLock. I will be a lifetime member for sure! Thanks for the extra security!!!

**Developer response:** Thank you very much for the kind words in your thoughtful review. We are so happy to hear about your positive experience with LifeLock! We love to hear from members like yourself who have had such a fulfilling experience and we aim to achieve the same for every member. Thank you for choosing NortonLifeLock!

### 5/5 — Credit report not absolutely accurate

*2020-03-14, version 3.12.1*

This is a great way for most to semi monitor their credit because it’s better than nothing. Watch the dates of reporting. Mine said equifax was 690 and when I went for a loan it was actually 720 on equifax. Could have been the other way around! It had been less than a month behind on reporting and I changed nothing that should have made it better so I don’t exactly understand why it was so different. Thanks goodness it was better! Just don’t rely on this alone. Get a free credit report before you apply for anything special on credit like a home. This report could be off. Still love the app!

### 5/5 — This app is a MUST HAVE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS! It gives me a sense of security!!!

*2020-02-27, version 3.12*

I was hesitant at first to get lifelock. I was thinking yet another company with my personal information. But, I said what the heck it can’t hurt. I’m so happy with my decision to get Lifelock for both myself and my teenage son! Nowadays, teens and children do so much online and with these video games; no matter what we as parents tell them they think they know best lol. Children may put their personal information out there not knowing they are letting strangers into their lives! Lifelock is like the protective cover over our children’s information when we can’t be. I plan to be a Lifelock member for life! Thanks Lifelock!

### 5/5 — App Rocks

*2019-09-17, version 3.9*

First of all having this particular credit monitoring service is a breath of fresh air. I am not as worried as I used to be about someone stealing my identity. They are definitely on point. When I am at a car dealership or something that requires me to run my credit, they let you the minute whoever hits the submit. LifeLock informs me with and seconds!! asking if it was me and if I authorize this particular merchant to run my credit, it’s amazing!!
As far as credit monitoring goes it is top-notch it definitely is more reliable than their competitors like Credit Karma and other monitoring systems. I’m definitely happy camper. It’s straight to the point uncomplicated and let me know exactly what I need to know without a side sales person trying to pitch me a Lone/Credit cards.

### 5/5 — LifeLock is the new MUST have!!!

*2019-07-31, version 3.8*

My husband and I have had LifeLock for about 4 months now and absolutely love everything about it. They alert you immediately when activity has been made some where and if your identity has been added some place such as a new credit card or so on. It’s definitely worth the money and it’s cheap in my opinion since we are talking about keeping identities safe. I’m very thankful for the app as well because I can monitor it from anywhere at any time and make changes if needed. I highly recommend this to any that is looking for a great place to keep their identity safe or even anybody in general. This is a must have app and a must have investment!

### 5/5 — Needed for security these days

*2019-07-30, version 3.8*

With all of the data breaches and increase of credit card frauds, having LifeLock keeping all of my critical information safe is one less thing to worry about. Never worrying about what my credit score is, knowing as a female, where registered sex offenders live, it takes all of that off my chest. With all the things that will keep me up at night, having LifeLock and having the LifeLock app, is one less thing to keep me up at night.

I wish the app was made for the iPad as well. I use the app most on my iPad because I’m weird and don’t want it on my phone, much like my banking app. My iPad never leaves my home.
It’d also be great to have the option for multi factor security system.

### 5/5 — LifeLock has saved my bacon more than once...

*2019-07-01, version 3.8*

The first fraud alert I received from LifeLock was 2 days before leaving for an international trip. I had booked lodging on VRBO and assume that this was the weak spot (as it has now happened twice, both within a week of paying through the VRBO app). The customer service representative that coordinated the inquiry and cessation of activity was incredibly helpful and kind. She ensured the attempt was thwarted and we were able to take our vacation with peace of mind (I can only imagine how much damage would have been done if we only discovered the activity after our return). We have now included dark web monitoring and put the kids on as well. It only takes one time to make you realize just how valuable this service is.

### 5/5 — Great protection!

*2019-06-02, version 3.8*

My husband and I are enrolled in LifeLock for personal and business. We couldn’t be more pleased. Well on vacation in Hawaii, LifeLock notified us of a large purchase from a company we didn’t recognize using our personal bank debit card. As it was a Sunday I didn’t even trust calling the 800 number provided by the bank because I wasn’t sure it was legitimate, and I couldn’t call my bank at home to talk to someone that I knew. LifeLock helped me in a very timely fashion. They immediately notify me with a text of questionable activity on any of our accounts. If one of us initiated the activity, I answer yet us, and if not I answered no and contact them for their help.
