The service can’t connect to two of my banks, for over a month now. Level 2 support called me 2-3 days after my first report to tell me that my bank won’t let them refresh the connection. My bank allows the other 2 services I use to refresh, so why not, Norton? The 2nd bank I have heard nothing about for 3 weeks.
