## What is Lifelong?

Health rarely belongs to one moment or one person. It unfolds across a family: a medication that has just changed, a symptom someone mentions in passing, a result that needs following up, or a question you wish you had asked at the appointment.

Lifelong gives families a calm, private place to hold that story together. Each person has their own health space, so medications, conditions, symptoms, records, appointments and everyday wellbeing stay connected to the person they belong to.

Whether you care for a parent across the world, support a partner through treatment or simply want a clearer picture of your own health, Lifelong helps everyone stay informed without losing the context that matters.

Before a consultation, gather questions, recent changes and the records you want to discuss. With everyone’s consent, record the conversation. Afterwards, keep the write-up, next steps and care plan together so important decisions do not disappear into memory, messages or scattered files.

Alo helps you explore the information your family chooses to keep in Lifelong. Ask about a symptom, medication change, health topic, recent result or pattern over time, and bring the relevant context into one clear conversation.

Wearables add another layer to the story. Connect Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura and other compatible devices to follow sleep, activity, recovery and heart-rate trends alongside the rest of someone’s care journey not apart from it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-03

A rebuilt first-run experience, and a clearer picture of your first sync.

• Onboarding has been redesigned end to end — lighter, calmer, and quicker to get through.
• Your first sync now reads as a month at a glance, so you can see what came across and what didn't.
• Choosing your country and entering your phone number are both simpler.
• Fixed a problem where a record whose upload was interrupted could get stuck.
• Various stability and performance improvements.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-19

Lifelong is launched! It’s a private home for your family’s health, bringing everyone’s records, wearable data and care together in one place.

• Connect Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura and other supported wearables.
• See sleep, activity, recovery and heart-rate trends.
• Keep health records, notes and documents together.
• Prepare for appointments and follow care plans.
• Ask questions about personal health information.
• Control who can see each record.
• Share one Lifelong Plus membership across the family.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-15

Meet Alo, your health companion.

• Alo — ask about your own sleep, recovery, activity, plan or journal and get a straight answer. Send a photo or a PDF of a result and Alo can turn it into a record for you to save.
• Records — a faster add sheet that asks who the record is about, so a document about your mum is filed under your mum.
• Family — per-person sharing you control, with an invite flow that takes seconds.
• Home and Journey — redesigned end to end: clearer scores, a weekly plan you can actually work through, and a calmer look throughout.
• Visit recording — record a consultation and keep it on the record, with a Live Activity so you can stop it from the Lock Screen.
• Lifelong Plus — a 14-day free trial, shared with your family.

Plus a long list of fixes to onboarding, navigation and the health screens.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-10

• Redesigned sharing controls, so you decide exactly what each family member can see
• A clearer Privacy hub for managing everything you share

• Health records now include quick tutorials and helpful empty states
• Accessibility, layout, and performance refinements, plus a range of bug fixes
