But I find myself frustrated with it more often than not. A lot of glitches. Runs very slow and sometimes just won’t work. Not only on my phone, but my laptop as well. ### 2/5 — Kicks me out on iphone *2024-08-25, version 9.1.2* My community uses LifeLoop for the calendar. Opens on my iPad and iPhone, however keeps asking me to sign in on iPhone. Then have to request new welcome text, as I the login shows as incorrect user rather than correct email address. Terrible inconvenience. ### 2/5 — Needs better Tech Developers *2024-08-14, version 9.1.2* I don’t use this app daily and when I login my username isn’t saved and doesn’t recognize my password! I don’t see the need for have this app when email is a much better tool. In addition there’s no instructions given on its use and several menu items aren’t utilized! The client administrator should teach each resident or drop it altogether. ### 2/5 — LifeLoop Does Not Have Full Functionality *2024-06-02, version 9.1.1* LifeLoop does not have full functionality on an iPhone. I cannot see menus or see the full calendar on a phone. I assume they are visible with a computer. I don’t have a computer, however; just an iPhone. ### 2/5 — Needs some work *2023-07-02, version 8.1.0* This app is a great communication tool. However, the app itself is very laggy and buggy. Does not support a simplified log-in process (FaceID, TouchID). Users often will tap something, and there is such a bad lag that they will continuously keep tapping until the app eventually freezes up. I am using this app on the newest iPhone and it is still extremely laggy. This is a great communication tool, but really needs some work and fine-tuning. The website is much quicker and user friendly, and has large icons available for the user to see. Navigating this technology as a senior citizen can be challenging as is, then throwing on the app issues/bugs on top of it makes even more challenging. ### 2/5 — Wishful *2022-05-28, version 5.2.1* I really like the idea of this app and find it quite useful to remind my mother of upcoming events. Unfortunately I’ve had to reinstall the app twice and I have so many log in issues that it has turned into a frustration instead of a help. Why doesn’t it work with facial recognition? Why can’t I just stay signed in? In fact, why is a log in required at all? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not sure what the purpose of this app is *2026-01-03, version 9.1.7* My folks assisted living community, encouraged me to download this app, but it doesn’t show anything but their pictures and names… perhaps it’s the community or just the app is no good? I don’t see any use for it. ### 1/5 — Horrible Interface *2025-11-03, version 9.1.7* Dev: are you doing anything to improve your app? You cannot think it's tolerable as-is - huge latency on iOS. I’ve changed passwords and still the same message. ### 1/5 — App Crashes on Startup on iPad *2022-01-13, version 5.0.0* The app has many issues. First of all, it will not rotate to landscape mode on the iPad, regardless of how the device is oriented. The other major issue is that it will hang on the startup screen and never log in, requiring me to force quit the app. This is unacceptable and prevents me from being able to use the app on my iPad, which I prefer to my iPhone. These issues need to be fixed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it! It’s super user friendly and helps to streamline so many functions for the community, residents, and families. I enjoy being able to see any new maintenance work orders come through and the ability to mark ones I have completed in real time in any part of the community.
