I expected more exclusive employee savings. ### 2/5 — Not a discount *2026-06-04* I checked gym memberships and theme park “discounts” the gym was 133% more expensive than that same gym offers to the public and the theme park was 32% more expensive than the prices listed on the website. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Then, i get the code, and it says Error failure to load. This is ridiculous, especially since it sounds like a well known issue ### 2/5 — Verification code on iPhone *2022-09-30, version 9.0* When you get the pop up to enter verification code on iPhone and touch the field where you’re supposed to type it, the keyboard doesn’t come up, so there’s no way to enter it. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-06-22* My insurance is supposed to offer gym membership discounts via LifeMart. The app tells me my email was not found. The link on my insurance’s website takes me to a LifeMart site where I enter my email address, and the login button gets disabled and I cannot click on it. No explanation whatsoever about why the button became disabled. **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in. Please reach out to our team at mobileapp@lifecare.com so we can look into this and help you get your access set up. ### 1/5 — If they can't build a simple app, can they really deliver deals? *2026-04-22* I entered my email and it tells me that it can't verify me. Ok. I get it. I'm new. So it says to press the need help button. But there's no need help button. Nothing. Just a place to enter my email and ToC and privacy policy links. Total waste of time. How can we use it if we can't log in? **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the trouble. Thanks again for flagging this! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-14* Every single one of the “free magazine subscriptions” requires you to input your email and full name, then proceeds to tell you that the magazine is out of stock. The rest of these “deals” you can get without this stupid app ### 1/5 — Don’t install!! *2026-01-02* Removed this app as soon as I discovered that no links could be opened in a browser. Yes, I’ve got security settings tight on my iPhone but who doesn’t. Judging by the dates on other reviews this app isn’t maintained or updated frequently by the vendor? ### 1/5 — LifeMart is a scam *2026-01-02* Tried to login it refuses to log me in. I tried to ask for help. Nothing happens. Don’t waste your time with this app. ### 1/5 — Can’t Even Register *2025-12-17* Tried signing on over and over and I’m tech savvy. Only to be shown a 3 second pop up error message saying I didn’t register when I attempted to sign onto app. ### 1/5 — App IS GARBAGE *2025-12-07* Try to log on with my company credentials and wouldn’t recognize my email and then it tells you to click the help support link and on mobile it doesn’t even let you click the link.
