I have signed up with my email, and done everything ONLY on my phone. I clicked the email link, which took me to the "switch application" confirmation, and I entered into the app. Well, wouldn't you know, it does NOT work. I guess it is my fault that two of us have bought this plan, using the same email address, and now it is trying to register the other person, not ME who is trying to make the claim. I was about to give up until I tried to open the mail from my phone and the app took care of the activation link, but after that it asked me to enter the password in the chat box, that was so cringe.
