Email is being sent and Im confirming but the app itself doesnt move. ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2021-11-20, version 1.2.0* The first few times I tried to register it crashed. Once I finally managed to get my account, you can’t actually get any PDF or something reasonable to print to prove you have coverage. All it gives you is a “certificate” in a chat bubble that you can’t save. The chat feature with “alle” is cute but it’s literally all there is. Make a real app. Let me use your web site from a computer. Give me something to print to prove I have coverage! ### 1/5 — The worst *2021-07-25, version 1.1.0* After downloading it doesnt work. I have signed up with my email, and done everything ONLY on my phone. I clicked the email link, which took me to the "switch application" confirmation, and I entered into the app. Well, wouldn't you know, it does NOT work. I guess it is my fault that two of us have bought this plan, using the same email address, and now it is trying to register the other person, not ME who is trying to make the claim. I was about to give up until I tried to open the mail from my phone and the app took care of the activation link, but after that it asked me to enter the password in the chat box, that was so cringe. I don’t like this app, and probably I’ll never buy another travel protection from Avianca after this, turns out that my 30 day travel only was protected for 24 hours after my departure… Simply the worst service ever. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2022-05-31, version 1.2.0* Horrible app. Won’t open.
