La doble autenticación es un problema grave en esta app. Cambié de celular y perdí acceso al Authenticator; he intentado todas las opciones posibles (restauración, soporte, correos) y ninguna funciona. El resultado es que quedé bloqueado de mi propia cuenta, sin una solución clara ni rápida.
Un programa de millas debería priorizar la experiencia del usuario, no complicarla. Muy frustrante.
