## What is LifeOS?

Most habit apps flatter you. LifeOS doesn't.

LifeOS is a daily accountability system for people who are done being coddled. Each morning you set a few real commitments. Each night you check in honestly — done, partial, or missed. And every night an AI coach reads what you actually did and tells you the truth about it. No confetti. No streaks you can fake. Just an honest mirror.

HOW IT WORKS
• Set 2–7 commitments that define who you want to be
• Check in each night — the one honest question that matters
• Get a reliability score you earn, calculated the same way every time
• Watch your streaks grow, counted by real days lived — not taps

AN AI COACH WITH A SPINE
LifeOS reads your week, names the pattern you're avoiding, and says it plainly. It's insight, not a pep talk — the kind of honest feedback that actually changes behavior.

BUILT ON TRUST
• No ads. No tracking. No selling your data.
• Export or delete everything, anytime.
• Just your word, and whether you kept it.
