## What is LifeOS · Know Your Energy?

LifeOS is a personal consciousness OS for iPhone and Apple Watch — usable with or without Apple Health and without Apple Watch.

Every day, LifeOS combines your Apple Health data (HRV, sleep, heart rate, steps) when available, with your subjective feelings (energy, mood, stress, clarity) to calculate an energy score from 0 to 100 and determine your daily state: Expansion, Action, Recovery or Overload.

DAILY CHECK-IN
Answer a few questions in 60 seconds: how you feel, what you ate, your meditation, water contact, your breathing. LifeOS does the rest.

ENERGY SCORE
A 0-100 score calculated from 8 components: biological recovery, physical activity, subjective feelings, stress, behaviors, nutrition, body scan, breathing. Works even without Apple Health — feelings alone are enough.

DAILY STATE
4 possible states based on your data:
- Expansion: optimal conditions, deep creative work
- Action: focus available, tackle difficult projects
- Recovery: your system is regenerating, slow down
- Overload: survival mode, rest is the priority

NERVOUS SYSTEM
A visual bar shows your autonomic nervous system state (sympathetic / balanced / parasympathetic) based on your HRV, resting HR and stress.

APPLE WATCH (optional)
Energy score and daily state visible directly on your watch. Quick 3-step check-in from your wrist. Not required — the app works fully on iPhone alone.

AFTER 14 DAYS (Premium)

Zero server. Zero account. All your data stays on your phone and is backed up via iCloud.
