ONE PHRASE — EVERYTHING IN PLACE Say or type: "Spent 42 € on groceries, call the accountant tomorrow, add milk to shopping and put 150 € toward the vacation." LifeOS parses it into entries and shows them on a single confirmation screen — nothing is saved until you tap Save, and every save can be undone in one tap. MONEY UNDER CONTROL • expenses and income with smart categories that learn from your edits; • monthly budget, safe daily limit and end-of-month forecast; • recurring payments with reminders the day before; • receipt scanning and CSV statement import; • transfers between your own accounts — they don't distort the month; • savings goals with a monthly plan. TASKS, SHOPPING, NOTES • tasks with priorities and reminders, projects, shopping lists; • personal notes — say "note: don't forget the passport" and it's saved; • widgets and Siri: add entries without opening the app. AI ASSISTANT (Personal Pro / Family) • answers questions about your own data: "Can I afford…?", "Where can I cut spending?"; • voice dialogue: say everything in one go and get a structured breakdown; • understands long phrases whole and catches corrections on the fly; • works right after subscribing — no setup needed. Before anything is sent, the app shows a consent screen explaining exactly what data is shared and with whom (Anthropic or OpenAI). Without your permission no data is sent, and permission can be withdrawn in Settings. The analysis is informational and not individual financial advice. AI features require an internet connection. TOGETHER — AS A COUPLE OR FAMILY (Couple / Family) Shared budget, lists and goals for up to 6 people via iCloud. Accepting an invitation is free — only the space owner pays. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud (optional). No accounts, no tracking. Full data deletion is one step. The voice recording is sent only to refine transcription and is deleted from the device right after parsing. Say or type several things at once: "spent 30 on water, earned 15 selling furniture, remind me I have a doctor tomorrow at 12:45". They all land on a single confirmation screen, grouped into money, tasks, shopping, notes and goals. Before, confirmations appeared one after another and only the last one was saved. Shared spaces you can rely on: • Each space now has its own area — inviting, members and leaving all live inside it • A partner's purchase no longer changes your balance: it lands on a separate account • Contributions to a shared goal add up for everyone, even when made offline • You can see who created an entry, who hasn't accepted an invitation yet, and who has view-only access • When inviting, you can grant read-only access • Turning off iCloud Sync now stops shared spaces too Undo is honest now: it reverts the whole batch, and two batches in a row — both. New app icon. ### 2.0 — 2026-09-01 2.0 — a large update to voice and understanding. VOICE THAT HEARS THE WHOLE THING • Recording no longer has gaps: restarting recognition used to punch holes in it, and part of what you said disappeared. • The app now tells whether you finished or just paused: after "bread, milk and…" it waits, after "yes" it doesn't. • Calls, headphones, lost connection — the session continues instead of freezing. • Clean transcription is now available on the free plan too, from a daily quota. UNDERSTANDING SPEECH • Corrections on the fly: "bread for 5 and milk for 3… no, for 4" used to erase the whole list. Now both items survive, with the right price. • Mixed phrases no longer lose pieces: whatever couldn't be parsed is shown as a separate line instead of vanishing. • Sales are recorded as income. "Sold the bike for 300" used to move the balance down instead of up. • Transfers between your own accounts are a separate kind of record — they no longer distort the month as a fake expense-plus-income pair. • "No, that was yesterday", said right after saving, fixes the record instead of creating a second one. • The assistant learns from your edits: what you corrected three times, it starts doing itself. THREE LANGUAGES IN PARSING Russian, English and German — including German compound numerals ("fünfundzwanzig" is 25) and European number formatting. The interface remains in Russian and English. AN EDITABLE CONFIRMATION SCREEN Record type, date and amount are editable right there; an extra row is removed with a swipe. Nothing is saved without your "Save" — that hasn't changed and won't. AMOUNTS, EXACTLY Fixed parsing of "1.500" and "1.50": the app no longer confuses a thousands separator with a decimal point. Numeric dates ("15.07") stopped leaking into amounts. Under the hood: answers stream and start noticeably sooner, and the cost of an AI request dropped several-fold — which is what made free-plan transcription possible. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-26 A reliability release: we collected feedback after 1.1 and fixed what got in the way every day. • The AI assistant answers again. A malformed model request quietly pushed chat, phrase parsing and receipt scanning onto the simplified parser — now they work as intended. • One sentence, several expenses. “Spent 42 on groceries, 12 on a taxi and 8 on coffee” becomes three entries with the right categories instead of one. • Categories got sharper: a barbershop no longer lands in entertainment, bottled water no longer counts as a utility bill, and kids’ toys go to children rather than entertainment. • Receipt scanning reads the store name and the actual total instead of the largest number on the paper. • The Money screen no longer turns red when no budget is set: the app stops reporting an overrun where there is nothing to overrun. • Your total balance comes back even when the profile currency differs from your accounts’ currency. • Shared-space invitations now work on first launch — the link used to open the app without adding the participant. • Accounts: an archived account is no longer the default one, and recurring payments and split receipts come from the account you actually picked. • Daily recurring payments are recorded every day again, with no gaps. • Dictation got clean: on a paid plan the recording is transcribed by the model instead of on-device recognition alone. You still see the instant draft, but parsing works on the accurate text. The recording is deleted from your device after parsing and never stored; on the free plan and in “on-device recognition only” mode no audio leaves your phone. • On a paid plan, speech and text are parsed by the AI only. The on-device parser used to jump in first on dictation and got live speech wrong, so the first thing you saw was a misreading. • Editing an account balance now takes one move: open the account, type what’s on it right now — your history stays untouched. The field used to edit the starting point, which made it impossible to land on the number you wanted. • The free plan now includes 5 full AI answers a day — chat, phrase parsing and receipts. ### 1.1 — 2026-08-05 Money, rethought. • Accounts and wallets: cash, cards, savings. Your total balance adds up on its own, and every account keeps its own currency and owner. • Transfers between accounts are their own kind of entry. They no longer count as spending or distort your statistics. • Financial calendar: day, week, month, year and any custom range. • Filters by account, owner, category and dates — in history and in the spending breakdown. • The Money screen has been rethought: what you need in a second is on top, details are one tap away. • Delete accounts, cards and recurring payments.
