You already know my information so stop wasting my time. The worst survey app I’ve used. Save yourself the time & effort. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Inviting initially then flawed *2026-08-14, version 3.1.14* I started completing surveys and managed to get £5 fairly quickly which all worked great. I transferred the money out easily and with no hassle. I managed to get another £5 then survey options stopped coming through. I tried to cash out and it wouldn’t let me only to then be told my account had been suspended, but they could not provide a reason. In the terms it does say that they could suspend your account without having to provide a reason at all which is quite unfair for anyone working to complete the surveys. Seems to hook you in thinking it will work, then dismiss you. ### 1/5 — The app canceled my account *2026-08-14, version 3.1.14* I had 7807 this is as much as 75 dollars and cause I didn’t do my verification for the beginning they decided to eliminate my account and blocked my entire account with all my money I don’t think this app is trustworthy ### 1/5 — Wish I Could Give No Stars! *2026-08-11, version 3.1.14* I did surveys everyday with honest answers about my experiences. Then out of the blue the app appeared broken. I reached out to customer support and was told they suspended me. NO. ### 1/5 — Survey *2026-07-31, version 3.1.14* Not letting me complete surveys ### 1/5 — Life points *2026-07-29, version 3.1.14* I have it 1 star due to I keep answering survey questions and I spend 10 minutes and then it says not for you And get 0 points and now 3 times in a row ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-07-24, version 3.1.14* It ask you a question you give it your honest answer and then it tells you that they're not gonna waste your time with the survey due to the answer that's stupid I just spent 25 minutes trying to complete this survey and because I took a five minute break and went back to answer the question it then kicked me out and told me I wasn't a good fit not worth it for the points or not giving ### 1/5 — i hope this company goes out of business! 😘 *2026-07-22, version 3.1.14* absolutely awful app. don’t bother downloading it. i’ve used it for 2 years, and it’s gone from decent to complete garbage. never any surveys, and the ones that actually pay let you get most of the way through before crashing or suddenly saying you “don’t qualify.” it’s giving scam. lifepoints doesn’t give two damns about their app users. the UI is horrendous and ugly, the app is buggy, and support is completely useless—they just send copy-and-paste responses instead of fixing anything. every update somehow makes the app worse. save yourself the frustration and use literally anything else. watch paint dry for one dollar instead, it’d be a better use of time. hoping lifepoints goes downhill!!❤️❤️ ### 1/5 — Scam - avoid *2026-07-22, version 3.1.14* Account was banned when I was one survey away from cashing out, I was an active user who completed surveys accurately and honestly. I was a bit sceptical when I made the first payment to my PayPal account when it said it would take about 4 days to arrive in my account. I have had that happen on other apps and it never arrived.
