States there is an error. At that point it’s waste of money. ### 2/5 — Lifeprint app *2026-06-11, version 2.9.21* Printer and app use to work perfectly before the new update and just recently I keep getting the same message "request failed please try again" I reset the printer, deleted the app, deleted it from my Bluetooth account to start from scratch and still get the same error message. I even tried to sign up for a new account and I can't get past the user agreement without an error message. Please fix this issue! I have tried creating a new username and that is also not working. I have had so many issues with logging in since I bought this product. The printer itself is great. But the app portion is very very frustrating. So I decided to upgrade my photo game. Beware:they make you sign up for some silly social media app just to print. None of the trouble shooting works. Most has to do with possible overloaded, but this is brand new so nothing backing it up to clear out. Printer connects to my phone, my WiFi is strong and working, it’s all the app that refuses to connect to this mysterious cloud. Stupidly you can’t use the printer without the app. So if the cloud on the Lifeprint side isn’t working, there is no way for you to print.
