Getting started — after you sign in, one screen shows what to do first: photograph a lab report, connect Apple Health, or add your DNA results. Creating a profile now asks for just your name. Lab reports from your camera — take a photo of a printed report, or pick a PDF, and your results appear in the app. Sleep, night by night — swipe between recent nights and see heart rate, oxygen, HRV and temperature alongside your sleep stages on one timeline, plus how much of the night was spent in each stage and how steady your sleep timing has been. Tap Explain to have GenIA walk you through a night. GenIA can now include charts in its answers, and Settings has a switch for the more detailed answer levels included with your subscription. Smart rings — signal strength in the pairing list so you can tell nearby rings apart, battery-friendly sensing options, and steadier syncing.
