Excellent way to track your progress and find blockers to progress.
The app is designed well too. 
If there is a missing ‘mood’ or ‘person’ etc, you can add a custom one with their own icon.
Just going through the actions of doing the check-in process helps keep you conscious as to what might be affecting your health/mood etc.
Always kinda wanted an app like this.
I’ve used other apps like nutritionalist++ and this one is much easier to use, and covers more than just diet.
