It has amazing meditations, soundscapes, landscapes, and even offers astrological perspectives. One of the most amazing things is that you can pick the soundscape for the meditations you listen to. This offers a custom experience to allow for optimal relaxation. Wow! They have done a superb job in offering a very high-quality product. I really like the free songs it has.. there's about 8 free sleep/relax songs + 2 free background songs (so 10 free songs) which you can download for offline play but if you get the premium membership, you can access their whole collection of songs. I appreciate the music controls such as having a repeat track option to loop the songs indefinitely.. and there's a sleep timer too. I appreciate the relaxing background video loop, you can download and select a background animated image which loops and it's very relaxing to look at. So I give it 5 stars for having a decent amount of totally free songs for offline play (although I have had a issues with the music suddenly stop playing by itself sometimes.. so I hope that gets fixed). I'm glad this app gives you so many songs free, other apps only give you like 1-2 free songs.. and also, it doesn't have any annoying ads and it doesn't annoy you and pressure you to upgrade to premium.. ### 5/5 — Sleep like a Baby *2020-10-07, version 3.2.3* I love stories. I like that I can choose the sounds I hear in the background weather in listening to a story or a meditation. Guided meditations are my favorite but some nights , I can’t shut off my brain to get to sleep so I pick a story set the sounds to match and before it’s o we I’m asleep ! I’ve been using a different meditation app for over a year, so I thought it might be interesting to try something different. But, as soon as I downloaded it, I had a feeling it wasn’t for me. As a Christian, this app is too “new age” for me. It has astrological information and other new age features. I did see that some of the Sleep stories looked interesting, however, so I went ahead and gave those a try. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get used to the narrator. She had an annoying lisp that was too much of a distraction. If you’re a Christian, I recommend staying away from this app. Look for something that will strengthen your relationship with the true God and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
