Series of questions about yourself that lead to useful information to help you deal with everyday stress, physical and mental health. The app guides you to resources that actually help. Great tool for veterans and first responder's living with PTSD.

As I was answering the initial questions, I knew my sleep score would be low. But, seeing that score along with the other scores gives a new perspective and helps the individual understand how it’s all connected. 

Interested in how this app may help my fiends and family support each other taking care of themselves.
