## What is Lifesense Health?

Lifesense App is specially used for connecting your Lifesense devices. By tracking your all-day activities, body weight, heart rate, sleep and exercise data, Lifesense gives you a clear picture of your health status. All stats can be wireless synced to your Lifesense App as scientific foundation to guide exercise and physical training.

1. Sense your exercise log. Record and review your exercise history by wireless synced with all Lifesense smart devices.
2. Sense your heart. Base on your real-time heart rate of Lifesense Band/Watch, morning pulse and dynamic heart rate will help you to analyze exercise intensity.
3. Sense your health. Record your blood glucose, blood pressure log to know better the trend of your health index.
4. Multiply sport platform supported. Connect to your Apple Health/Fitbit by authorize Lifesense in-app setting.
5. Sense your life. Check your every night sleep data in Lifesense App of how well and how long you sleep. Incoming call/SMS notifications, alarm, exercise goal setting make your life more convenience.

Every time I open the app, it pops up and needs to be located. I can’t close it in the settings. Why doesn’t the junk app still go off the shelf?
