But the functionality is somewhat limited and you have to log into the website to find info or complete some actions. Some things don’t work well for me when I try to use the app (eg one-off withdrawals) but hey work fine through the website. I get particularly annoyed when the system is down for maintenance - the website has a message but the app just stops you from getting access. There is nowhere on the website account page to do this. There is no way to bypass the app login screen. This is at a time when I’m trying to take my 25% tax free and it’s so far cost me at least £4K.
