## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Eh

*2023-09-03*

I don’t really like the interface. There are definitely other apps I would recommend.

### 1/5 — App Crashes

*2023-01-18, version 4.1.3*

I uploaded pdf file to this app. When I try view the uploaded file, the app crashes.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2018-12-01, version 3.1.2*

Why doesn’t this app support the iPhone X screen resolution? I thought Apple was requiring it for all app updates starting in July 2018 and onwards?

It looks like all they did was update the splash loading screen to fit iPhone X. But then when the app loads, there are big black bars at the top and bottom.

### 1/5 — Poor experience

*2018-05-07, version 3.1.1*

The concept of having encrypted data on my phone and on a website accessible by computer? Excellent.

The execution? Worst I’ve seen.

 “Collaboration” doesn’t seem to work.
Navigating to find what you want is very difficult.
The app is all of that plus more clunky.

### 1/5 — I’m done ...

*2018-04-24, version 3.1*

Enough is enough. Have been “lost in transition” ever since Mustbin acquisition.

Successfully migrated to 1Password ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 1/5 — Major flaw

*2018-04-12, version 3.1*

The app takes photos within the app. The problem is the photos go to your Camera Roll. You then have to upload the photo to the app to save it. This is just wrong for an app that stores personal data. If you have private data you don’t want it to go to the Camera roll. You want the photo you take in the app to stay only in the app. Big Security Flaw!!!

### 1/5 — Alpha or beta version?

*2018-04-07, version 3.1*

LifeSite has Many bugs. I just transferred Mustbin data and am disappointed. I put many items in a main category on my computer, but when I downloaded and opened the app, I cant open a main category, only the specific subcategories within it.
I wish I could customize subcategories within the default categories. This would be especially useful for accounts which has only two options. Being able to delete subcategories would also be beneficial, as I doubt I’ll ever use all the financial subcategories.
I also can’t figure out how to view the files my collaborator shared with me, which defeats most of the purpose of collaborating.

### 1/5 — Unreliable service

*2018-03-22, version 3.0.9*

When an app advertises a vault (security) one of the first things that break your trust is when the service is not reliable.
That is what happened for me with this app.
Promises for migration from mustbin dates missed. Check.
Migration doesn't work. Check.
I don't trust this service to keep my personal data. Should you?
By the way, I was very happy with mustbin, shame it is gone.

### 1/5 — Failed transition from Mustbin to lifesite

*2018-03-21, version 3.0.9*

All the files that transferred can’t be opened in lifesite. One of Mustbin’s nice features was to store cards, and card text data together. I think it’s those files, they just do t open in lifesite. Sorry but it’s not useful to me. Searching for a better solution.

### 1/5 — Unfinished/

*2018-02-26, version 3.0.9*

The acquisition of Mustbin by LifeSite was unfortunate for Mustbin users. We were to have the ability to migrate our information over to LifeSite from Mustbin starting June 30 of 2017. A new statement was released stating the migration would be available in Fall of 2017. Both deadlines were missed, and we haven’t gotten an update since September. It seems in the meantime we are left with an unsupported app while LifeSite you keeps us in the dark. I decided to try to export the data from my Mustbin vault and use a different app. I found that, when I tried to export, the app simply crashes. I got LifeSite and created an account to see if I could migrate my information. I found a seemingly unfinished app with still no option to migrate. I am left disappointed that I ever trusted either company with my data. I am not sure I am going to be able to get it back.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Saves my a** all the time

*2020-03-05, version 4.0.4*

I've used this app for 3 years and have almost all my information in here. This has saved me multiple times at the airport when I needed to add my TSA number to my ticket last minute. When I forget my wallet at home. When I'm not at home and need a password or document I don't have on hand. I could go on and on and on

### 5/5 — All purpose app

*2019-09-03, version 4.0.2*

Great application to use as a digital wallet. The system guides you to what’s important and I can also scan in and store files. It’s very easy to use and I have it on my iPhone home page

### 5/5 — Satisfied Mustbin customer

*2019-07-25, version 3.1.4*

It was a transition from Mustbin to LifeSite but after using LifeSite for quite some time now and carefully evaluating, LifeSite has done me good. It's not the same, but they're two different applications, I wounldn't expect them to be. LifeSite has more functionality. I can separate my files from my "Life Information" - super useful. Web app AND mobile app - nice. checklists - nice. collaborators - useful.

### 5/5 — LifeSite vault is awesome!

*2016-10-09, version 2.1.1*

LifeSite vault is something that I have really needed for a long time. It's super convenient to securely manage all the important personal information and documents in one spot. I highly recommend this to those who are frustrated with taking care of their numerous personal data!

### 3/5 — App crashes

*2019-01-16*

App works on iPad but crashes on iPhone XS Max .. ..?

### 3/5 — Good web app

*2018-08-10, version 3.1.1*

The notes part of the app could use more integrations with the files. The web app just updated to do this. Mobile need to catch up. Still works good without it. Hoping to see an update soon. Scanner is cool.

### 2/5 — Another Disappointed Mustbin User

*2018-04-21, version 3.1*

I enjoyed Mustbin. I reviewed LifeSite Vault today before migrating. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed and not going to transfer my data. It’s missing features Mustbin had, like a messenger. It’s a bulky design comparatively. Registering and adjusting settings was cumbersome: pages don’t fit in the app. Some cool ideas, but it has a ways to go. I preferred the cleaner simpler solution of Mustbin. Sad to be losing the product.
