If it were, my rating would be higher. ### 2/5 — Unusable on a Mac *2022-01-27, version 13.5.12* The iPad app works fine, but it’s unusable on an M1 Mac. Also, god forbid someone calls you mid-video, you lose the speaker capability and get to ask people to repeat themselves the entirety of the call because now it’s only using the phone volume. I click the link followed the instructions in my email. I downloaded the app and I couldn’t sign in as guest so I made a profile to see if that would work. Even if this is a free version the host is using, this puts it immediately behind its competition. I create the account. I am prompted to login. My password is rejected. There is no way to check the password, and no way to reset. Can log in my home desktop but now I'm not mobile. Called support twice and provided the basic change password, restart app, restart phone. None worked. Support employee was nice but not able to fix the issue, very frustrating as this is the only way I can communicate with my loved one and I have to make sure I’m home waiting for their call now. It seems to work ok just not a lot of features. It would be awesome if there was a feature that you could add background pictures and blur your background. My phone bugs out all the time, it overheats it within half an hour, and it causes so much trouble.
