Constantly logs you out and especially if you use Face ID. Not only this but the “support” team for LifeStore are a joke they are very rude and don’t take you seriously. The mobile app is shoddy and honestly this is probably the worst bank I’ve ever used I’ll be going back to chase or Bank of America. ### 1/5 — To many changes to often *2025-12-22* You change this app every month I can’t even get into it half the time this bank used to care about the people who use it now it’s all about making money from us. You lost the personal touch it had when it was Ashe Federal bank you need to get back to the basics and treat people right not like a number. ### 1/5 — No landscape option *2025-12-19* App is okay but I mostly use on my iPad and the fact that they designed it without a landscape viewing option is just mind blowing to me. I have no problems logging in on my computer but this App is terrible. I even tried deleting it and reloading. But the sign in is a nightmare, it keeps saying my password is wrong even though I would use it previously or earlier that day and you only have 3 tries or it blocks you out completely until ya call the bank. The Face ID works sometimes but most of the time it wants other verification. I’ve also noticed over the last few months after you sign in it will sometimes freeze on the loading screen and won’t budge until hours later no matter how many times you force close the app. Basically it has good potential but it overshadowed by usability issues. ### 2/5 — Owner *2025-09-09* I liked the old one better. ### 2/5 — App not working all of a sudden *2024-12-02* I cannot get signed into my LifeStore app all of a sudden. They say they have sent me a text to send a code to me and the text never comes through. It’s been going on two days now. Very aggravating!! On the main screen, it does not show what you owe, in interest, from your overdraft account. This creates an awkward working situation, and lots of discomfort holding the iPad with one hand while entering information with the other hand. Please, LifeStore, correct this!
