Due to some reasons I decided to return it on the same day. On the app return was initiated and showed that the product will be picked up on a particular date, but no one came to pickup. I made the call to the service Center and they told me that the return will be rescheduled. Even after rescheduling no one came to pickup. This same process was done for 6 times. After getting tired I went to return it to the store. At the store they collected the product but did not give me the refund. As my order was on COD the store staff should ask me weather I want refund in cash or other method, they didn’t bother to ask and told me they had transferred to my credit on the application,but the credit score was still showing zero. I called at the customer support for this and they told me it will be transferred within 24 hours. Even after 24 hours I haven’t received any type of refund ( not in my credit too). I’m still waiting for the refund. This whole process went for almost 2 months and still the refund is pending. Worst experience ever. A customer has to make 8-10 calls and wait for almost 2 months just to return one product and after that he has to return it by himself at the store and still the refund is pending - this can be the worst service. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery and refund process *2025-07-18* My order supposed to be delivered 10 days back still it’s not delivery finally one product came which is wrong size I’m tired of this daily waiting so I initiated return request and the refund money is showing 1634 where I have actually paid 1984 for that product. It doesn’t make any sense neither proper reasons provide I just want to know the developer who wrote this logic kudos buddy you must be employee of the year got looting customers money and don’t even get me started on there customer service, I can’t even cancel my pending order as they were supposed to be delivered by third party people, even if I somehow cancel or they cancel by themselves I’m not sure I will get my full money. ### 1/5 — Refund the money I paid you *2024-11-15* I’m terrified reading the first review. I just did my first order today and the moment I paid a notification came from the app that it was successful and right after that i got a email that the order couldn’t be processed,how is this possible? And in the first order you give this service to your customers? Very dissapointed. They say wait till 24 to 48 hours how could we wait for so long when the payment was just done in 1.14s, i can show the screenshot too as proof,and after reading the first review I think same thing is happening with me. You will make us wait for months without refunding im terrified,vey terrible experience it’s a huge amount of money for me. I put my trust in your service and you give us this service,specially in my first order I wouldn’t recommend any people to buy products from this app. Kindly refund my money back. I ordered a perfume on 15th July and paid ₹6860. I cancelled my order on 16th July. The app says that refund has been credited but I have not received any refund yet. Their customer care executives have no knowledge about refund reference ID whatsoever. It has been a week and till now the status of my refund is FAKE on the app and I have not received my money back. I have sent 5 emails to their email ID but no response has been provided yet. I have also rated the product online, they have no response yet. It’s better to take this matter to the National Consumer Helpline. Worst app! Do not order or install from this. You cannot trust on Lifestyle for returning your money in the time they claim: 5-7 days! Pathetic. ### 1/5 — Worst customer support and the app experiences *2023-07-23* One of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. The response time was delayed, and the customer representative didn't seem to check the emails thoroughly. I had to repeat everything even though I had already provided clear details in my initial email. Lifestyle delivered a product to me without a printed tag; instead, they had hand-written the product details on a piece of paper! I never wanted to interact with such irresponsible customer care again. Personally, I prefer shopping at offline stores rather than using this pathetic online app and service. However, I must admit that the product quality is good but not matching as per the picture shown in the app ; I just can't overlook the subpar customer experience The app is experiencing occasional lagging issues, and it also unexpectedly closes when performing searches. This disrupts the user experience and needs to be addressed by the developers. It is frustrating for users when an app becomes unstable and interrupts their usage. I hope the developers will work on resolving these performance and stability issues to improve the overall usability of the app. ### 1/5 — Bunch of liars and fraudulent people. *2023-07-09* You guys are a bunch of frauds and liars. Your customer care service staff, they are highly unprofessional and useless. They don’t know how to resolve the issue. You guys should shut your online portal. I received an incomplete product, shared pictures and everything but till now the issue hasn’t been resolved. You guys can’t meet the level of online shopping portals like Myntra and Nykka. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Also, u guys hold the money even if I opted for a refund in my bank account. This lifestyle cheaters made a refund in their own My credit account. Bekaar application. Bakwaas ### 1/5 — Extremely bad service. Clearly avoid. Want to go online without expertise. *2023-06-27* I ordered few items. Some were dirty and some were damaged. Was able to return some of the item. However, one of the sling bag that I received damaged could not be returned bcz of no return policy. I sent them images over the mail but they kept saying it’s not returnable. How convenient for them to deliver damaged and dirty products and get rid of it which otherwise would not have sold at the stores and ended up being a dead stock. My first order and I had a very bad experience. I am going to complaint about it to governments consumer forum. Hope my review helps in making informed decision. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-05-13* You just lost a customer because of a terrible app. I am not returning until the app gets better. Why do you have an annoying email link process at login. Let me login with my phone number and OTP and shop first. Annoying email link has another login after phone number and OTP. I reset my password and the new password hasn’t synced. It takes for ever. After 6 OTPs I give up. Entering the OTP on the iPad is a pain. Was this app even tested in QA environment? Before releasing to production. It is full of bugs. Why only landscape mode on iPad? I like to use it on portrait mode. The filters don’t work properly. Selecting a filter is a task. Multiple taps and nothing would happen. Get a better Development team. Invest some money. ### 4/5 — Not refund received *2022-12-16* I have ordered wrangler men solid full length slim straight black jeans but recevied Arrow sport track pant with having a tag of same value of Rs 2599 . I have not received the invoice of this product and i have already submitted return request of wrong product recevied but one of your executive refuse to picked the product and i had called so many time on customer care no. but they didnot resolve my problem and declared the product is non returnable . Even i had email to the senior management to raveena kaur and she also not respond to my emails They arenot taking the product and not providing my refund . Sorry to say you that. But my order status is still showing as shipped, so I called more than 10 times to mark my orders status as delivered but they kept on telling me that it will be done within 24hrs it’s already more than 10 days it’s always showing the same as shipped. Because I have to return one of my parcel, but until they mark as delivered I cannot able to return that item. So I complained almost everyday but they always told the me the same thing and it never worked out at all. So irresponsible customer care. I never face an app like this lifestyle.
