It is now 2 “newly added”?? However, there is absolutely NO proper customer service. My app stalled up soo many times. I have written them 5 emails and they wrote me once within 2 months and never bothered to try and fix the problem. There is no phone number that you can call to speak to anyone, they told me “they don’t offer that.” ### 2/5 — APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED *2024-05-16, version 8.7.0* I watch Lifetime Movie Club on my Roku and the movies jump around. For instance you’ll be 10 minutes into the movie and it’ll jump 30 minutes ahead. Or, you’ll be 10 minutes into the movie and it’ll jump 30 minutes ahead then back to 10 minutes, then ahead again then back again. Not to mention the volume completely turning off and having to fast forward or rewind or pause to get it to come back on. And, no, it’s not my Roku because it happens on all of my TV’s that have Roku devices but are very different devices on each TV. Even if there is a problem between Lifetime and Roku then the app shouldn’t be offered on Roku or should be free until the kinks are worked out. I can’t speak to what the app does on my phone or iPad because I haven’t been able to watch on those devices yet. The app is very frustrating and needs to be fixed especially since you charge monthly fees for it. Tubi works perfectly and it’s free so y’all need to step it up Lifetime. Please fix. Honestly I just don’t know why they promote the series or the movie and then it’s not there. This defeats the purpose of having a subscription in the first place I should just go back to having cable ### 1/5 — The LMN movies ARE NOT in this app *2024-01-15, version 8.5.2* So after signing up for the subscription, come to find out the movies ARE NOT in the app. They do have movies but they are older movies and even if they are “recent “ they are not the movies that were originally on LMN. If you miss them, you can forget it. It would be nice if they were like TCM. You can watch live TV and they keep movies on their app for a long time too. Also, it’s really nice that all their content is also commercial free. Downside is the app has major flaws. No matter what movie I tried to watch the app was lagging/freezing and stalling out. Terrible. Wasn’t my internet as all other apps worked perfectly fine. My husband is a huge gamer and our internet is top tier. There is no reason this should not work. Disappointing and super buggy. Before the update, I could simply hold down the movie with my finger and the option, “Mark Episode as Watched” would appear but you can no longer do that.
