## What is LifeVit?

LifeVit is a solution to fully manage your health. A common APP for all devices (blood pressure gauges, bracelets) connected by Bluetooth store in your mobile your measurements. These measurements and personal data in the App and your account in www.lifevit.es allow you to analyze your evolution and progress. Our innovative alerts send an email to whomever you decide (family, MD, etc.) if your values exceed a level that you think deserves their attention.

Lifevit uses the services of the Apple health application (Healthkit) to inform the device of the information collected from our BLE devices (pulse, steps, weight, height). In this way the system can know the health status of the user.

No funciona ni el producto ni el acceso al servidor de la App. 
He comprado este producto por recomendación de Sanitas y es una basura.
Me arrepiento de la compra.
No entiendo como Sanitas no comprueba el funcionamiento de un producto antes de recomendarlo.

Compré el BPM-2000 wireless pues lo recomendaban en Sanitas BLUA. La interfaz de la aplicación es horrible, no puedes eliminar registros individuales del historial de lecturas si alguna lectura se hace mal contamina el resto de datos. Si no tienes abierta la pantalla de medición antes de encender el tenisiometro ya no te coge la lectura. No hay ningún apartado de ayuda en la app. Te dejas una pasta y no vale para nada. Hay muchos mejores tensiometros y dispositivos con apps geniales como los de Withings…

1º —Se apaga demasiado rápido la pantalla de medición y no da tiempo a entrar en SANITAS BLUA para descargar la lectura del Tensiometro Lifevit BPM 200 Wirelees—— SOLUCIÓNENLO 

2º — El Bluetooth de mi Iphone IOS 15.02 modelo 12 Pro Max — No lo reconoce co tal . Se queda buscando el dispositivo , Y CUANDO LO RECONOCE —dura unos segundos y pone 
—eBlood-Presure —-  y no lo deja fijado en la lista del Bluetooth—- SOLUCIÓNENLO-

3º— A pesar de que el modelo que he comprado es el Tensiometro Lifevit BPM 200 Wirelees que es el que aconseja SANITAS , pues cuando está conectado en la lista de dispositivos de la App de SANITAS se pone en rojo y marca ELIMINAR ¿Porqué?? —SOLUNCIONENLO—
—- Y vuelvo a insistir aumenten el tiempo de encendido de la pantalla , porque si no es imposible pasar los datos a SANITAS  si no se hacen un montón de mediciones para que puedan descargárselos

La sincronización ha dejado de funcionar, lleva desde ayer sin sincronizar datos, por favor, soluciónenlo para que no perdamos todos los datos.

Me acabo de gastar casi 120 € en un tensiómetro para que guarde los datos en el móvil y la aplicación no sincroniza con el aparato, ni siquiera me deja buscarlo (se queda pillado en pulsera de actividad) y se queda colgada

**Developer response:** Buenas Casiopea,

disculpa la demora en la respuesta. Para sincronizar el tensiómetro primero tienes que seleccionar el dispositivo en el listado de dispositivos de la app. Tienes un icono con 9 puntos en la parte superior izquierda.
