Unable to even log in ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-01-04* The app doesn’t recognize accounts. I have an account and can log in find on a browser but says I don’t have an account in the app so it’s useless. ### 1/5 — Works once then won’t log me in *2023-11-25* I’ve only gotten this app to work once. After that, I was on a call for 45 minutes with customer service - they had to delete my whole account and I had to make it anew. After that, I haven’t gotten it to log me in, and I’m afraid of using it in case it corrupts my account again.
